Online Application • Once your application is completed, make sure to click
the "Submit Application" button on the last page. • If you do not "Submit" your application is considered
incomplete and will not be reviewed.
ApplicationRequirements
• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, or equivalent, in a from a regionally accredited institution in a designrelated discipline–digital game design, multimedia, or graphic design.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA cumulative across all college coursework.
• $50, non-refundable,application fee
Required Courses for Application The followingrequirements must be met before filling out the admission application for the Digital Gaming &Interactive Media BAS program
• Applied Associate degree, Direct Transfer Degree, or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution in design or a related discipline (digital game design, multimedia, or graphic design).
• Minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA across all college coursework
• Completion of at least 30 credits of college-level General Education courses with a minimum 2.0 GPA in each of the following classes:
• English Composition: 5 credits • ENGL&101 or equivalent
• Social Sciences: 5 credits • Quantitative Reasoning: 5 credits
• College level math course with Intermediate Algebra as its prerequisite, or higher
• Humanities: 15 credits: • ART 121 Intro to Drawing or equivalent, • ART 102 Design 1 or equivalent, and • ART 203 Intermediate Drawing or
equivalent • Design portfolio with a minimum of five projects
(maximum of 7). Projects should show evidence of design process and demonstrate research, conceptual processes, sketches and iterations that led to the final result.
• $50 non-refundable application fee
Checking ApplicationStatus You will receive an admissions decision within 3-4 weeks from the Selective Admissions Office

• Requirement status will be updated manually, when admission staff process and verify your application documents.

• Stop by the Enrollment Services windows – West Building W201 walk-up windows and ask for the Accept/Decline form.
Paying for College @LWTech • Apply to financial aid—the most common
applications are the FAFSA and the WASFA • To learn more go to LWTech.edu/FinancialAid • The application is FREE • Once submitted, your application will take 6-8 weeks to
process. Apply for financial aid before you apply to the program so that you are not delayed in receiving funding.

• This interactive information session will provide students the opportunity to learn about the LWTech Digital Gaming &Interactive Media BAS admission process .
• Students will have the opportunity to ask questions about
• the admissions process • bring their transcripts for an initial
evaluation • create a tentative academic plan
outlining their pre-requisites in preparation for applying to the Digital Gaming & Interactive Media program.
