Dear Business Owner: What better promotion for your business than to get involved in the USA Softball All-American games in the second year! An active presence at the USA Softball All-American Games will put your business in the spotlight in
front of the best players and coaches from across the United States. About the Tournament The USA Softball All-American Games is a prestigious tournament hosted at the USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City. The All-American Games will provide National exposure to elite athletes in the 12u age division and has been specifically designed to identify and high-light the best athletes from across the country.
Each Region will select two teams (30 individual athletes and 4 coaches) to represent their geograph-ical area. Additional at-large selections are given to certain Regions with highest registration. This event is designed to recognize individual athletes for their outstanding playing abilities and selections should represent the individual best players and not an in-tact team. Designation to a USA Softball All-American team is the highest honor a player can receive and instantly brands a player as one of the top athletes in the United States. Only 360 girls Nationwide will have the opportunity to wear the USA Softball Jersey at this elite event. Participants experience VIP treatment during their time at the USA Softball All-American Games. The event will feature a free camp for all players, a meet & greet with USA Softball National Team Members, Opening Ceremonies, intense competition in a 4 Game Guarantee Tournament and a swag bag for all participants.

Payment is due at time of application
If a vendor is not accepted into the event, payment will not be processed.
A limited number of vendors in any category will be accepted. Product exclusivity is only guaranteed with sponsorship. Decisions are based on, but not limited to, history, items to be sold, payment and date of paperwork. Accepted vendors will receive a confirmation packet.
Placement of vendors are determined by the Vendor Coordinator. Vendors shall not move booths .
Vendors may not sell or display any item considered inappropriate for families as determined by USA Softball All-American Games.
Menu and Items sold are approved by committee. No additions can be made without written approval of the USA Softball All-American Games committee. Violations will result in expulsion from event without refund. Concessions must provide menu and Vendors must list all item for sale.
Concession & Vendors are expected to be on site during tournament play, unless prior arrangements have been arranged.
If electricity is needed, vendor must supply their own generator.
All county codes, laws, ordinances, and regulations pertinent to health, fire prevention, and public safety shall be strictly obeyed. All vendors are responsible for obtaining licenses and permits.
Vendor agrees to allow USA Softball to take photos of your product/booth during the event, for no additional compensation. Photos taken of your product/booth may be used in promotional material or on website/facebook.
All vendors must provide anything you need to operate. This includes tables, chairs, pop-up tents, wa-ter, etc.
Vendors and all staff must comply with all vendor policies. Failure to comply can result in expulsion from event without a refund.
Hawking (yelling at customers to come view your product), will not be tolerated.
USA Softball is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your booth and/or your merchandise.
There will be NO REFUNDS of any kind, for any reason. If any vendor does not show up, they will forfeit the return of any fees.

All options include a business card size advertisement in the tournament program provided artwork is turned in by June 1st. All vendors must donate a prize to be used towards the event valued at $25 or higher.
