The Historic R.L. Wilson House The house is perfect for intimate reception of 68 people or less. Our beautifully
renovated house features antique furnishings, gorgeous chandeliers, and tables & chairs
to enhance the vintage atmosphere.
The Veranda Located in the front of the house, this exquisite wrought iron framed front veranda is the
perfect location for a beautiful ceremony. Blooms of pink, blush, and white hydrangeas
and roses flower the veranda garden area. The Veranda Garden is able to hold up to
125 guests for a ceremony.
The Gardens Nestled in the back of the property, the Gardens is a private lawn, perfect for a
ceremony or reception. Available to be tented or open, the garden can hold up to 150
guests. Enter beneath the hundred year old pine, into a breathtaking garden surrounded
by arborvitaes and beautiful landscaping.
Facility Rental Fees:
Outdoor Ceremony and Indoor Reception: $1300*
Rental Includes:
● 10 Hour event time block, additional time billed at $100/hour
● 70 White Resin Folding Chairs for outside Ceremony
● Tables, Chairs, ivory linen and ivory napkins for indoor reception
● Optional complimentary centerpiece for each guest table
● Bridal/Grooms Suites
Outdoor Ceremony and Outdoor Reception: $1900*
Rental Includes:
● 150 White Resin Folding Chairs
● Tables
● Bridal Suites
● Bridal/Grooms Suites
* 15% discount on Friday Weddings
Outdoor Ceremony Only: $1000
(150 person maximum, 3 Hour Time Block)
Indoor Reception Only: $1000
(68 person maximum, 4 Hour Time Block)
Indoor Ceremony Only: $1000
(35 person maximum, 3 Hour Time Block)
Terms and Conditions $500 non-refundable retainer required to hold date (applied towards the final balance)
Event Liability Insurance is required.
Quoted Balance due 30 days prior to your event date
Pricing excludes 7% sales tax, 22% service fee.
All catering as well as wedding cake is through Heavenly Sweets, Inc. only.
All rentals must be purchased through Heavenly Sweets unless otherwise authorized
