Join our guide for a relaxing and informative walking tour through historic St. Michaels.

Enjoy the beauty and history of “the town that fooled the British.” Deadline to register is one

2PM GAMES: CORNHOLE CHALLENGE (Deadline, 60 minutes) Cornhole is an American lawn game in which players take turns throwing bags of corn at a slanted platform with a hole in the far end. A bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on

the platform scores 1 point but with this challenge other obstacles may be added. Sign up

deadline one hour prior at the reception desk (weather permitting/space availability).

methods for achieving inner peace and tranquility while discovering the benefits that result

10AM IPC FIT: HEALING STICK CHI GUNG (Deadline, pending space, 60 minutes) Based on the principles of Traditional Asian Medicine, this century’s old and unique set of

Chi (Life Energy) exercises combines specialized breathing, movements and cultivated

intention, utilizing a “Chi Stick”. Practitioners report increased strength and enhanced

immune system response, greater range of motion and ease of movement, lower blood pressure and better sleep. Sign up deadline is one hour prior at the reception desk.

11:30PM CRAFTS: FUN FOR KIDS (Limited space, deadline, 60 minutes)

This is a great, interacting, and fun class for kids of all ages. All crafts will be geared towards

children and all materials will be provided. No experience needed and kids will go home

with a souvenir! Registration is required one hour prior at the reception desk.

1PM IPC FIT: YOGA STRETCH (Deadline, 45 minutes) Coordinating the yogic breath to yoga poses cultivates flexibility and stamina and

detoxifies the body. Class is gentle enough for all levels of fitness and yoga experience. Space is limited; please sign up to reserve your spot at the reception desk. Sign up

deadline is 8pm the night before at the reception desk. Location of class can be found at

2PM DISCOVER: ENHANCING YOUR SAFETY AWARENESS (45 minutes) Personal safety begins with engagement in the present moment. Learn techniques to help

you cultivate greater awareness of yourself and your environment. Deadline to register is one hour prior to lecture at the reception desk.

4PM TASTING: WHISKY TASTING (Limited to 10 guests, 60 minutes) Have you ever wondered “Why all the fuss about Whiskies?” Have you ever had the

chance to compare Bourbon to Rye Whiskey? Join us for a brief tour around Whiskies and

their history, culminating in a nosing and tasting of four types of Whiskies found today.

5PM ART: SIP AND PAINT (Limited space, 2 hour deadline, 2 hours) Enjoy some wine and unleash your inner artist! Sip-by-sip, create your own masterpiece

with the step-by-step guidance of professional and local artist, Vickie Fisher. No experience

necessary. All supplies are provided. Within two hours you will have completed your little

taste of the Eastern Shore souvenir. Sign up deadline is two hours prior at the reception

desk.

6PM OFF-SITE YOGA: MIXED LEVEL (Transportation, 75 minutes) This class will teach you about alignment, basic yoga poses, yoga props, breathing

techniques, and the many benefits yoga offers. Own transportation is highly

recommended, classes are subject to close ten minutes prior. IPC Transportation will leave

from the reception area twenty minutes prior, additional yoga etiquette and voucher can

be picked up at the reception desk.

BICYCLES (Also available throughout the day) - Enjoy a leisurely bicycle trip through St.

Michaels and the surrounding area. Please stop by the reception desk to sign out one of

our great bikes and pick up maps with suggested routes.

10AM TOUR: FACT OR FICTION (Sign up deadline, 50 minutes) Allow our guide to show you a fun and unique way to discover the Inn at Perry Cabin by

simply putting your best foot forward! This tour is part fun facts, part story, and a

combination of the myths and legends complete with some hidden delights as you are

channeled throughout the Inn’s surroundings. Sign up one hour prior at the reception desk.

12PM IPC FIT: HAVING A BALL WITH FITNESS (Limited, deadline, space permitting) This is a full body, 50 minute workout! Using the mini resist-a-ball, you will be getting more

extension and flexion, over the complete range of motion with perfect position and

support. You will be having a ball and getting fit at the same time! Space is limited. Sign

up deadline is one hour prior at the reception desk.

2PM TASTING: MIXOLOGY TWIST (Limited space, 45 minutes) Join one of our bartenders from the High Tide Pool Bar for this 45 minute Mixology class while they teach you new twists on several classic drinks. Meet fellow guests while learning

some of fun cocktail crafting. Location of class can be found at reception. Sign up at the

reception desk to reserve your spot, must be least 21 years of age.

4:30PM GAMES: CHIPS N’ DIP POKER (Limited, deadline, 60 minutes) Bring your poker face and test your luck over thrilling table games ranging from Texas

Hold’em, Blackjack, Omaha, Let It Ride…! Play with “chips” while you enjoy different kinds of “dips” for a full game of “CHIPS N’ DIP”. Come and grab your chair if you are ready to

bring your best hand to the table! Sign up deadline is one hour prior at the reception desk.

BIRD WATCHING (Available throughout the day based on availability) - During the

Backyard Bird Count, we located over 25 different species of birds! How many can you

find? Come to the reception desk and sign out one of our binoculars (on first come basis).

Then enjoy walking around The Inn or from your own room! Discover and observe their

behavior and how each bird relates differently to nature and the world around them.

Sometimes children get the most satisfaction from a game which they have made

themselves. Kids will be able to lead with their imagination under adult supervision. After

the game is made the kids will be come up with rules and be able to play their game! It’s a

great and educational way for them to enjoy their homemade game and learn!

3PM TASTING: HOW DO YOU OPEN YOUR PORT WINE? (Limited Space, 30-45 minutes) Port tongs and a feather… this is a must see, unique way for opening a bottle of

port. Traditionally used in Oporto and England to open very old bottles of port, the use of

tongs nowadays is rare but a sight to behold. In ancient bottles of port, removing the cork

can be quite difficult, ending up with bits of cork floating in your glass. You will see how

using these special tongs and a feather will remove the neck of the old port bottle completely with the cork intact! Sign up at the reception desk. Open until all available

space has been filled, must be least 21 years of age to sample the port (presented at the

end of the presentation).

3PM TASTING: HOW DO YOU OPEN YOUR PORT WINE? (Limited Space, 30-45 minutes) Port tongs and a feather… this is a must see, unique way for opening a bottle of

port. Traditionally used in Oporto and England to open very old bottles of port, the use of

tongs nowadays is rare but a sight to behold. In ancient bottles of port, removing the cork

can be quite difficult, ending up with bits of cork floating in your glass. You will see how

using these special tongs and a feather will remove the neck of the old port bottle completely with the cork intact! Sign up at the reception desk. Open until all available

space has been filled, must be least 21 years of age to sample the port (presented at the

end of the presentation).

The following activities are available daily (pending weather and scheduled events)…

BICYCLES (Also available throughout the day) - Enjoy a leisurely bicycle trip through St.

Michaels and the surrounding area. Please stop by the reception desk to sign out one of

our great bikes and pick up maps with suggested routes.

BIRD WATCHING (Available throughout the day based on availability) - During the

Backyard Bird Count, we located over 25 different species of birds! How many can you

find? Come to the reception desk and sign out one of our binoculars (on first come basis).

Then enjoy walking around The Inn or from your own room! Discover and observe their

behavior and how each bird relates differently to nature and the world around them.

CORNHOLES (Set up upon request, available throughout the day) - An American

lawn game in which players take turns throwing bags of corn at a raised platform with a

hole in the far end. Each participant take turns in hopes it will drop through the hole and

plays until a participant reaches 21 points. Sign out through reception desk (weather

permitting).

CROQUET & BOCCE (Set up upon request, available throughout the day) - Join us on our

beautiful Croquet Lawn and Bocce Courts for a few hours of fun with your friends and

family. For more information and full rules of play, please stop by the reception desk.

DVD’s & BOARD GAMES - Stop by the front desk and check out a movie or one of our board

games. Enjoy the movie from the comfort of your room or play a board game overlooking

the Miles River.

FITNESS CARDIO & STRENGTH FACILITY - Continue your normal workouts in our Fitness Cardio

and Strength facility available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM and is located on the second floor of the Linden Spa. Besides our onsite fitness classes, we are also affiliated with an excellent

yoga studio which is only a mile down from the Inn. All their yoga classes are a part of your

resort activities and required preregistration (http://stmichaelsstudio.com/).
