Who Can EnterAll companies, educational institutions or individuals who have

production facilities and are located in the States of Arizona, Colorado,

New Mexico and Wyoming can enter. Your company MUST have

performed some of the production work for the entry submitted. All

entries must be printed between January 1, 2017 and

December 31, 2017.

Each submission must be accompanied by a complete entry form. WSPA will accept up to 50 entries per company. Additional entry forms can be downloaded from our website at www.wsprint.org. ENTRY DEADLINE: January 31, 2018.

ID Tag 1 must be affixed to the entry. ID tag 2 should be submitted with your payment. For those entries that require an explanation, please include a single-page description with your entry.

Check out the categories. You can enter the same piece in multiple categories but the entry must be prepared for EACH CATEGORY and have a separate form and payment for each one entered.

Simply send your entry in a bag, envelope, or shrink-wrapped package along with the completed entry form and payment. Attach the entry form Tag 1 to the entry. If your entry requires a description, include it on a separate sheet. Please make copies of your entry forms for your records. For entries that do not fit in a bag, envelope, or shrink-wrapped package, send it to us in a way that will protect the entry from damage during transport.
