Who Is Required To Renew/Obtain A Private Applicator Certificate (PAC) For The Coming Year?
Growers with last names that start in the section of the alphabet A - H
All new growers who do not possess a PAC but want to use Restricted Materials
Remember: A valid PAC Card is needed to purchase, apply, and store Restricted Materials
Information On Renewing A PAC Card With Continuing Education (CE) Hours:
Growers (A-H) renewing with CE hours must apply for renewal by April 1, 2019, otherwise you will be
required to retake the PAC exam
All CE hours must be earned prior to PAC Expiration (12/31/2018)
At minimum, 6 CE hours are required to renew. Of those at least 2 hours must be “Laws & Regulations”

Private Applicators and other License Holders
Why You Should Attend:
Earn continuing education (CE) hours for grower certification and other license holders
Receive an update and a review of pesticide laws and regulations
What Does It Cover?
2 Hours of Laws & Regulations*
*You cannot earn extra CE Hours by attending multiple sessions of the same topics.

Exam Information (Given after the 15th and 20th November grower meetings and before the November 29th meeting (5pm),
otherwise as walk-ins from 8am to 3pm Monday through Friday at SJC Robert J. Cabral Ag Center)
Who Should Take the Exam:
Growers who do not have enough CE hours and new growers
What You Must Bring to the Exam:
Government issued ID
What You Should NOT Bring to the Exam:
Weapons, cameras, cell phones, hats, jackets, purses, sunglasses, watches, writing instruments etc.
(Test takers are allowed to possess only car keys and prescription glasses with clear lenses)
