Hello and welcome to the UAA proposal submission system!
IMPORTANT: Read the information below to make sure your proposal isacceptable! Failing to abide by and/or understand the following policiesmay affect proposal review and acceptance.
1. This form should only be used for submitting a Breakfast Roundtable (BRT) Discussion. It should becompleted by the organizer of the BRT.
2. SUBMISSION LIMITYou may only submit one (1) proposal.
3. ONE SESSION/ONE PRESENTATION RULEBRT exceptionUAA conference policy limits each presenter to participation in ONE session. BRT sessions are exemptedfrom this rule. You are free to participate in one or more BRTs as well as a regularlyscheduledpanel/colloquy or poster session.
Other Applicable Exception: Persons invited to serve in a UAAsponsored session may participate in an additional session.
Note: There is no limit on the number of papers that you can be listed as a coauthor.
4. UAA MEMBERSHIPYou do not have to be a UAA member to submit a proposal. However, UAA members do receive aconference registration discount.
5. CONFERENCE LANGUAGE UAA welcomes participants from across the globe. However, we do not have the resources to providesimultaneous translation services. The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts,proposals, and presentations must be made in English.

Guidelines for BRT Title and Summary/Theme Statement Formatting
1. CONFERENCE LANGUAGE: The official language of the conference is English. If your research isnormally written in a language other than English, please use English translations for your title andabstract text. 2. ACCEPTABLE title formatting Use mixed case or sentence case for your title (e.g., The Success and Failures of Housing Vouchers). Capitalize the first letter of each major word in your title. 3. UNACCEPTABLE title formatting Do NOT use all capital letters (e.g., THE SUCCESS AND FAILURE OF HOUSING VOUCHERS). COMMUNICATION POLICY UAA will only correspond (i.e., review decision, registration) with thepersons listed as the leaders/coleaders of the this BRT. SESSION SCHEDULING POLICY Formal conference sessions begin on Thursday morning of the conferenceperiod, and end on Saturday around noon. Individual presenters cannot be guaranteed a specific presentation time slotwithin those days. Changes in presentation schedules can occur due to late withdrawals.Presenters should therefore check the preliminary and final program forscheduling details. If a presenter is unable to attend his/her assigned sessionas it appears in the final program, he/she may be required to withdraw fromthe program. *I understand and accept the scheduling policy.

REGISTRATION POLICY All conference session presenters are required to register and pay a fee.Failure to register and pay required fees by the late registration deadline willresult in removal from the conference program. CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS Each BRT must have a minumum of 1 registered speaker to remain on theconference program. UAA reserves the right to cancel sessions if there arenot a sufficient number of presenters/speakers registered by the establisheddeadline. *I understand that the UAA may cancel sessions if there are not a sufficient number of
