SESSION SCHEDULING POLICY  Formal conference sessions begin on Thursday morning of the conferenceperiod, and end on Saturday around noon.   Individual presenters cannot be guaranteed a specific presentation time slotwithin those days.   Changes in presentation schedules can occur due to late withdrawals.Presenters should therefore check the preliminary and final program forscheduling details. If a presenter is unable to attend his/her assigned sessionas it appears in the final program, he/she may be required to withdraw fromthe program. *I understand and accept the scheduling policy.

CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS Each BRT must have a minumum of 1 registered speaker to remain on theconference program. UAA reserves the right to cancel sessions if there arenot a sufficient number of presenters/speakers registered by the establisheddeadline. *I understand that the UAA may cancel sessions if there are not a sufficient number of
