REGISTRATION FEES
Please make check payable to HSCB Foundation, Inc. Fees include comprehensive course syllabus, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment break. CME certificate is an additional $25.00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will be granted for requests received in writing prior to December 3, 2018 by 11:59 pm. Fax written requests to 718 270-4563. Refunds will be proceeded after the meeting. After December 7, 2018 all sales are final.

BY SUBWAY
During rush hour, Take the Flatbush Avenue Line (#2 Seventh Avenue or #5 Lexington Avenue) trains to the Winthrop Street station. [Take any Brooklyn-bound train (#2, 3, 4, or 5) to Nevins Street in Brooklyn, changing there for a #2 or #5 marked "Flatbush Avenue"]. Stay toward the front of the train. Exit at Nostrand and Parkside Avenues. Cross Nostrand Avenue and walk one block east on Parkside Avenue until it ends at New York Avenue. Turn right onto New York Avenue. Cross Clarkson Avenue and walk south to Lenox Road and walk east on Lenox Road until the entrance at 395 Lenox Road.
PARKING

2018 Update in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition is a one-day review course that focuses on current approach and management of gastrointestinal and liver diseases, gastrointestinal cancers, endoscopy and abdominal imaging abnormalities. The format will consist of overview topic presentations and will allow for significant audience interaction with our panelist speakers. The program is targeted toward a nationwide audience of gastroenterologists, internists, medical oncologists, surgeons, nurses, pharmDs and physician assistants.
During the afternoon, there will be a parallel session specifically designed for nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmDs, and physician assistants.
OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
1. Improve awareness in medical community regarding
appropriate colorectal cancer screening.
2. Increase understanding of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver
Disease and performance measures for cirrhosis.
3. Increase understanding of pancreatic imaging, chronic
pancreatitis management and advanced endoscopic
techniques.
4. Understand the difficulties in managing inflammatory
bowel disease.
