Rockwood Manor is one of three premier Montgomery Parks’ Event Centers.

The beautiful 1920’s brick Manor is nestled in the woods of Potomac, Maryland

and is just steps from the C & O Canal National Historical Park, one of the areas

most popular destinations. This Event Center is ideal for wedding weekends,

family reunions, retreats, and other special events! Our guests have the option

to stay together overnight, relax, and bond while celebrating their joyous

occasion.

8-Hour Rental Rates (One Day) - Manor House and Designated Grounds

Montgomery County residents qualify for the lower rates. $750 Security deposit required for all reservations

Final Day • Offer your guests a casual, pick-up style brunch in the Manor House before

they check-out by 11am

• Remove decorations

• 11am -12pm is set aside for the contract holder to inspect the Manor House and overnight rooms with Park Staff to ensure no items are left behind and no damages are noted

• Note: Standard events require two hours for set-up and one hour for clean-up

A Weekend Retreat Package offers the opportunity for family, friends, and wedding parties to enjoy the ease of staying onsite for the entire weekend. It is a great opportunity to relax, bond and enjoy spending time together in a beautiful, secluded location. All Weekend Retreat Packages include the use of the Manor House, grounds, and all of our overnight accommoda-tions . Over the course of the weekend, you will have full access to most areas of the grounds. The Manor House itself can be accessed during times which you select prior to your event. Park Staff will be onsite during your selected “Manor House Hours” to upkeep and maintain the property. You can design your own weekend events to fit your preferences. We supply the venue - you provide everything you need to make your weekend perfect - including decorations, activities, food, and beverag-es. For weddings, there is no additional fee to hold your ceremony and rehearsal dinner onsite.
