Thanks to YOU, Street School 2.0 is now open!
Dear Street School Supporters:
Street School achieved several milestones during the 2018-19 school year. With the opening of Street School 2.0, we served 176 students, which was an increase of 46 students from the previous year. For the 2019-20 school year we are projected to serve over 200 students; none of this would be possible without your support.
Since 1973, Street School has provided at-risk students with the academic and emotional skills needed to achieve their potential and become responsible citizens. We are grateful for the opportunity to help more students earn their high school diploma and change the trajectory of their lives.
Another accomplishment this year was a corporate partnership with Hilti North America. After months of discussion, an internship program was designed just for our students. This past spring, ten students completed six-week internships in five different departments and the impact was life changing for Street School interns and Hilti employees alike.
Thank you again, for your support and for making a difference in our community!

We changed the trajectory of a student’s life…When Kevin came to Street School at 15, he was already
a father. His home life was unstable due to his father’s
alcoholism and he was extremely depressed. Coming
to school every day was a struggle for him, as he also
worked full time at night to help support his family. Every
day he thought about dropping out, but credits Street
School for providing him with the support he needed to
continue. Kevin graduated in May and is working fulltime
and attending Tulsa Community College.
