EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
MCB Professional Experience
All MCB students complete at least 50 hours of work experience in their field before graduation. With the help of your Professional Experience Coordinator, you’ll learn the basic skills and principles expected of you in an entry-level position, build your resume for future job opportunities and graduate well-prepared to enter your professional career. A majority of our students receive job offers from these experiences.
Hands-on Job Preparation
Getting a job is every student’s goal. To prepare you, MCB sponsors a number of extracurricular activities, including:
• Career Week: Panels of employers talk about the job search experience to help you prepare strategies for success.
• Networking Night: Companies come to campus and work with you to build networking skills you’ll apply throughout your professional career.
BEYOND THE CLASSROOM
Take a class managing a multi-million-dollar investment portfolio, participate in competitions, or volunteer your time. You’ll strengthen your resume, deepen your business education and connect with peers and professors.
