Doña Julia Golf Club is a magnificent 18 holes golf course perfectly integrated into the natural landscape of the Casares Mountains, where you will never forget the magnificent views to the Mediterranean Sea and the African Coast. The golf course is designed by the renowned Malaga architect Antonio Garcia Garrido in 2005, following the rules of the United States Golf Association (USGA), in reference to the tees, greens, bunkers and drains. It’s remarkable along the round the Mediterranean breeze that invite you to play golf in any season of the year, as well is noted by its ample greens with a surface between 700m2 and 1000m2, its emblematic tees and the wide fairways during all the round.

18-hole par 71 Parkland course designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido. The course is built under USGA specifications which makes it a fair test of golf. The course also has views over the Mediterranean Sea. The course offers two very different lay-outs, being suitable for any type of player. The front 9 is longer and more testing, winding between indigenous trees, lakes and rivers while the back 9 is more manageable, having a gentle incline, and being within a close proximity to the sea. The entire course was made to USGA specifications, ensuring that golfers can expect a fair test every time they play. 2017 Golf Tour - Spain Day Three Saturday 16th September – Singles

An exceptional 18-hole course, constructed to meet the highest quality standards used by the United States Golf Association, with a "Tifsport" grass surface, certified by the University of Georgia, and a latest technology irrigation system. This course has been designed to be part of the European Tour. Its fairways can adapt to players of all levels and it has large greens. Cabell B. Robinson has designed a course that is located in the flattest part of the complex and goes from an elevation of 116 to one of 50. One of the design objectives in was to create a course that could be enjoyed by any player, from the lowest handicap to the highest. To achieve this, an average of 5 tee platforms have been constructed per hole and the greens are large (with an average size of 500 m2, although the largest reaches 1.000 m2). The greens, with their gentle but long slopes and large number of flag positions, are designed so that each hole on the course can be easy or very difficult.
