Live Broadcast on TVB Jade and HD Jade Channels received 20.5 TVR with a station
share 96.3%. The % represents average 1,330,600 population viewing the show and the
audience reach of the show is 1,976,200.

Parade Related Activities
Float Display (9-22 Feb 2016)
• 11 floats were displayed at Tai Po Lam Tsuen
Wishing Square as to support the Hong Kong
Well-Wishing Festival.
Performances by International Performing Groups
• 12 sessions of performances were arranged on
9 & 10 Feb, entertained over thousands of
audiences during the Hong Kong Well-Wishing
Festival.
• 6 additional sessions of exciting stage
performances were arranged to perform at
pentahotel, Lee Tung Avenue and Temple Mall
on 9 & 10 Feb.
Local and Overseas Publicity
Around HK$102m local publicity value was recorded for the 2016 Parade (Around HK$80m was recorded with 2015 parade)
Over 180 pcs of coverage mentioning/reporting 2016 ICNYP
Publicity value was contributed by press conference, media pitching, float preview, performing groups rehearsal and event day coverage
Electronic media: over HK$93m
Print media & major web news: over $9.4M
Over 41 reporters from 20 local media organizations have attended the parade on 8 Feb 2016
Free to air internationally through 3 satellite feeds, namely IS8C-Band, Aisasat 3S C-Band and Napa Teleport (IS9 KU-Band)
43 overseas journalists representing 17 media organizations from 7 countries and over 54 foreign correspondents attended the parade

Sponsor 250 complimentary room nights (twin room) with breakfast arrangements and offer special rate for additional rooms with breakfast arrangements for ALL international performing groups during the period (tentatively 26-31 Jan 2017). A total of approx 150-160 rooms for 700-750 room nights (inclusive of complimentary room nights) are required. Sponsor a welcome lunch / reception for about 50-60 performers that will be held in your hotel on 28 Jan 2017.
