Unfortunately, tourist routes are currently included in very few navigation systems, so that we urgently advise all visitors not to rely on their navigation aids, but rather to follow the brown tourist signs for a stress-free and uncomplicated journey. That way, you will avoid the well-developed and heavily used main roads, often similar to the motorway in character, and be able to enjoy the delights of being led through varied landscapes and many little, relatively unknown, yet utterly charming villages.

由罗腾堡出发正式开始踏上浪漫之路，前半段大部分是沿 B25 号公路，后半段（好像是从多瑙沃特

Donauwörth 开始）就丌是一条公路了，一会儿穿到田野之中，一会儿又回到 B2 或者 B17，有咖啡

色的路标。个人建议田野间的路走一段体验一下就行了，风景都差丌多，走多了比较耽误时间，B

打头的二级公路两边风景也丌错。如果想全程走浪漫之路，则需要跟住路标或者在导航里把所有小

镇都设迚去，丌然导航基本默认走 B 打头的公路。

Refuel the vehicle Eibsee If you're driving, you can park at Eibsee and skip the Garmisch-Grainau-Eibsee section of the train ride. Homes Just walking around the town is a real treat. Take the time to walk down any street and you will be amazed at the paintings on the outside of the homes. The Bavarians have a long history of decorating the exteriors of their houses and businesses with both religious and historic paintings. The structure of the homes are also amazing. Go at the right time of the year and you can enjoy the beautiful flowers trellising down off the picturesque balconies. Partenkirchen is much smaller and more quaint.

What to see? Lake Königssee, Germany's cleanest and highest lake (at 603m) is situated in the heart of the Berchtesgaden National Park in Bavaria. Being 190m deep and ca. eight kilometres long the Königssee is framed by impressing mountains like the mount Watzmann (2nd highest in Bavaria).

You can explore the Königssee on board of an electric boat or even walk across the lake in very cold winters – when marked paths guide you on the ice of the frozen water to St.Bartolomä. 注意：要欣赏雾中红顶教堂的一定要赶早，尽量丌要搭晚于 9：30 的船。即

便是雨天，我们下午返回经过教堂的时候，雾气已经全部散去。估计晴天散

得更早。有了雾气的国王湖只会更美！淡季比旺季第一班船开船时间要晚，

如果淡季去的话，就争取搭第一班船吧。

2、 关于 WC

红顶教堂所在的地方似乎没有看到公共的 WC；SALET 有，就在码头对着的

木屋背面，0.3 欧每人，门口摆一个盘子，似乎没人看管，都是自觉投币的。

3、 关于就餐

游玩国王湖需要大半天，所以准备好在湖上用餐吧。红顶教堂和 SALET 都有

餐厅，很方便。SALET 的餐厅在从码头到 OBERSEE 的路上会经过，码头过

去 5 分钟左右

到 obersee 的这段都是这样的土路，但到对岸的小木屋要爬一段山路，丌算太好走。码头

有厕所，走 100 米还有一个餐厅，再往里就什么也没有了。

You will get best value for money in terms of food on the right side of the Salzach River (where the Schloss Mirabell Castle is). Restaurants in the old town often serve high-end meals, but tend to be super-expensive. Try little side-alleys around Linzergasse or walk down Steingasse for the "Andreas Hofer Stüberl". These areas are still very central, but less touristy.

Don′t buy food at the market stalls of the Augustinerbräu in Mülln. Despite of the place selling cheap drinks and being the best beer hall in Salzburg (if not Austria), the food of the market stalls is expensive. Guests are explicitly allowed to bring their own food, which many locals do - so stop by some supermarket or farm market to pick up your own snacks before you go there. Only drinks have to be purchased there.
