Please refer to your letter No. NIMSUR/Reg.lAcad.l20 15/6038 dated 18.12.2015vide which proposal has been sent to accord the approval of the State Government forstarting of new courses in the Nims University Rajasthan. Jaipur.

In this connection, in exercise of the powers cQnferred under Section 4 of theNims University Rajasthan, Jaipur Act. 2008. the approval of the State Government ishereby accorded for starting of new courses as per list enclosed in the Nims UniversityRajasthan. Jaipur from session 2016-17.

This approval is subject to the following conditions:-I. That the requisite infrastructure as per norms of the regulating bodies shall bedeveloped.

2. All other norms and conditions of the relevant regulating bodies. competentauthorities/departments shall be fulfilled.

3. Approval of the relevant regulating bodies shall be taken before starting of thenew disciplines/courses.

4. The terms and conditions mentioned by the committee in the report asmentioned in the list of courses shall also be applicable.
