• Returns: In order to ensure we can properly credit any returns, no returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number issued by our customer service department. No returns or credits accepted more than 30 days after shipment.

• Colors: All custom colored Floats and Buoys require a minimum order of 10 cartons with a +10% overrun.

• Shortages must be reported in writing with copy of bill of lading within 30 days of order receipt.

• Lead Time: In stock items – 2weeks, custom orders – 4 weeks.
