Did you know that Western Australia is home to approximately 37,000 nurses and midwives? There are a whole lot more who have retired or changed careers, so chances are you have one in your family, your circle of friends or even working for you.
You know how respected nurses and midwives are in the general community. This is your way to show your support of this vital workforce.
The WA Nursing and Midwifery Excellence Awards is the premier event on the health professional’s calendar. By being a partner of these awards you will be provided with a unique opportunity to meet and network with a wide cross-section of public and private nurses, midwives and health industry executives from across WA. You will be able to:

The 2016 WANMEA program has been simplified into four partnership categories consisting of Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. There are a maximum of 20 partnership opportunities available with a broad spectrum of benefits and recognition available.
Please note that the 2016 WA Nursing and Midwifery Excellence Awards will not consider industry competitor exclusions.
Sponsorship for this event is very popular and limited.
Where does your money go?The WA Department of Health together with event partners ESP invest all proceeds from sponsorship into the Awards program. Specifically, money may go towards:
• Marketing and promotion to all WA nurses & midwives
• Nominations process• Judging process• Finalist announcement event• Attendance at the Gala Ball for finalists• Flights and accommodation for regional
finalists• Prize money or gifts for all award winners• The Gala Ball, entertainment and styling.
It is the aim of the organisers to run the entire Awards program on a cost neutral basis.
PLATINUM
SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE
The platinum sponsorship is valued at $40,000 plus GST (1 sponsorship only available)
NAMING RIGHTS TO THE FULL AWARD PROGRAM• Your logo will be front and centre with the official WANMEA logo and all marketing collateral
JUDGING• Opportunity to participate in the judging of all general award categories and the selection of the Nurse /
Midwife of the Year
YEARLY CAMPAIGN• Opportunities throughout the year to copromote with Nurse/Midwife of the Year
EVENTS• Referenced in speeches at the event and by the MC when referring to the Awards • Presentation of the Nurse/Midwife of the Year at the Gala Ball with an opportunity for a 3 minute
speech prior to the presentationto promote your organisation• Sponsor’s logo on AV presentation including all holding slides and winner slides;• 1 x table of 10 to the 2016 WA Nursing and Midwifery Excellence Awards Gala Dinner (valued at

The gold sponsorship is valued at $20,000 plus GST (1 sponsorship only available)
LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT HONOUR• Naming rights to the Lifetime Achievement Honour
JUDGING• Opportunity for an organisational representative to participate in the judging of the Lifetime
Achievement Honour
EVENTS• Referenced in speeches at the event and by the MC • Presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Honour including a 3 minute speech prior to the presentation • Sponsor’s logo on AV presentation including Lifetime Achievement Honour holding slides and recipient
slides• Complimentary table of 10 to the 2016 WA Nursing and Midwifery Excellence Awards Gala Dinner

The silver sponsorship is valued at $10,500 plus GST (maximum 12 sponsorships available)

The WA Nursing & Midwifery Excellence Awards are one of the few ‘feel good’ award programs around. The stories of our finalists are truly remarkable, heartwarming and inspiring.
