to help everyone understand the opportunities and obligations under the new legislation.

• It is a one-stop library of the tools and resources available to help value chain members communicate with staff, retailers and customers.

• The PBR Tool Kit was created in partnership between the Canadian Plant Technology Agency and the Canadian Seed Trade Association.

• It is part of our education and outreach activities around the recent changes to Plant Breeders’ Rights.
