For this Blanc de Noir Sparkling Wine, we sourced the fruit from a hillside block known as "Redwood Block" in the Russian River Valley. An ideal match for the this Sparkling Wine, this beautiful block is shielded from the sun by massive Redwood trees, ensuring that the fruit never gets sunburned while preserving the grape's natural acidity. After harvest, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel and then aged in bottle. Our 2016 Blanc de Noir Sparkling Wine shows vibrant aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry, and red cherry on the nose. It offers a beautifully bright acidity of strawberry, raspberry, and honeysuckle flavors with a lively mouth-feel that enchants the palate.
