2016-2017 WOODBURY STRINGS CALENDAR KEY For the Students of Sarah Hotchkiss (updated as of 12/20/16)

This calendar has been worked out to include 35 lessons plus one paid teacher vacation lesson during the week of December 26 – 30 for a total of 36 lessons divided by 9 payments (9/1 – 5/1). June 1 payment will be for summer lessons which begin June26, 2017 Students pay the same amount monthly for their slot, whether they can attend the lesson or not. Trades must be made in advance. There is one makeup lesson provided each semester for emergencies or illness. Parents must schedule this makeup prior to the last day of each semester, or forfeit. Payment to hold slot must be made in advance on the last lesson (or day) of each month regardless of trips or other conflicts. Teacher has option of up to 6 paid sick/snow/emergency days per year (9/1 – 8/31). Skype lessons available when transportation is an issue. See policies for further information. ½ hr = $104; ¾ hr = $148; 1 hr = $192 per month*
