BAG FILTER

The air is uniformly distributed avoid channelingInitially a coat of material forms on the bagsSubsequently, the coat acts as the filtering medium.The dust is accumulated on filter elements while the air passes thorough the filter bags from outside to inside. the accumulated powder is dislodged from the bags by reverse pulse-jet air intermittently.The dislodged powder falls on bottom cone and is discharged through powder discharge valves.The dust free air is sucked by induced draft fan and is exhausted to atmosphere.

The Inlet is fitted to the wet end casing to receive wear on its body instead of impeller. Chambers are made of material compatible with the impellers. There are close running clearance between these components and can be easily replaced to maintain efficiency. The clearances between impeller and inlet have been maintained at 0.75mm. In case of wear, this clearance increases the same can be maintained by adding spacer. Suction Inlet Can Also Be Reused After Re-machining Its Inner Surface.

Agitator and Sleeve:The agitator and sleeves are produced with Highly Hardened Quality Casting. The main Function of agitator is to break down the solids in to homogeneous mixture. Agitator vanes are designed to assist the pump to transfer higher percentage of solids than water.

The impellers are produced with high quality casting to give dimensional and hydraulic repeatability to ensure performance parameters. Each impeller is Dynamically Balanced to ensure that the complete rotating element is correctly balanced in replacement of OEM spare parts.

Impeller:

In order to improve spares operations life FLOWEZYY has been Constantly conducting research on MOC of Pump Spares with respect to Pre & Post Study on pump Selection, Pumping Application, Utility Usage, Main Operation & Maintenance Practice at site etc and have come up with an optional casting grade called FEY Agi* and FEY Imp* which is manufactured with Additive Added Casting to boost excellent wear resistant life.
