Wyoming Perkins IV Secondary Performance Improvement Plan Section 123(b)(1-5) of the Perkins Legislation provides for Local Program Improvement process. The basic parameters of the requirements are based on the performance data identified in Section 113 (Accountability Data). If an eligible recipient does not meet 90% of an agreed upon local adjusted level of performance for any of the core indicators of performance described in section 113(b)(4), the eligible recipient shall develop and implement a program improvement plan . . . during the first program year succeeding the program year for which the eligible recipient failed to so meet any local adjusted levels of performance for any of the core indicators of performance. Please complete in detail a Performance Improvement Plan for each indicator. Each indicator is required to have its own plan.
