ELA Container is the specialist for mobile room solutions in container form. A second-

generation familiy-owned company founded in 1972, the rental service for mobile rooms and

the container technology have been the object of continuous further development with

new ideas ever since. Today the ELA container park encompasses more than 22,000 rental

containers in many different versions along with a variety of accessories. Individually

designed containers are also fabricated and sold. Flexible mobile room solutions are provid-

The container walls are made of large-format panels in sandwich technology for good insulation against moisture and cold. Hot-dip galvanised, slightly beaded steel sheeting is installed on the outside. It is available in RAL 1004 (golden yellow) or RAL 7032 (pebble grey), or can be indivi-dually coated on request. ELA uses plastic-coated smooth sheet steel on the interior. This makes the entire walls magnetic.

Even in the basic version, ELA con tain-ers are fully equipped and designed for immediate use. ELA removable ele-ments offer extensive furnishing flex-ibility beyond the standard equipment with their combination possibilities. Thanks to these flexible elements on the narrow side of the containers, installing equipment such as an air conditioner in the summer is straight-forward – and completed within one minute. Switching from electric to gas heating is just as easy. Glass elements in the form of representative pano-rama panes ensure an attractive appearance.

Summer heat, winter cold, storms and rain: ELA containers provide opti-mum protection against the weather and establish a pleasant room climate with low energy consumption. The walls, floors and ceilings produced as large-format panels in sandwich tech-nology are insulated against mois ture and cold – naturally made of formalde-hyde-free materials. Thermal bridging is prevented from the outset thanks to the container design.

Be productive faster: Prepared cable ducts and empty conduits are pro-vided behind inspection openings for the efficient and safe installation of the electricity supply according to DIN VDE 0100 as well as communica-tion networks in ELA containers. The records of the initial electrical inspection by ELA at the plant are provided with the delivery on request. Since ELA containers are largely preassembled at the plant, final installation on site and preparation for use are much faster. For preassembly, ELA has an assembly hall with 3,600 m² of space where up to 200 containers are processed daily. Preassembly makes it possible to set up as many as 30 containers per day at the installation site. ELA Container delivers worldwide. The company’s own fleet of more than 60 trucks with special loading cranes is used for transportation within Europe.

Certified qualityGuaranteeing the best quality requires full control over all the operating processes involved. ELA Container products have been subjected to exacting quality control in all production steps since the company was founded in 1972. The corresponding processes and product characteristics are certified regularly by accredited institutions.

DNV GLContainers have to stand up to a lot: They are unloaded, reloaded and stacked, in many different places and in all kinds of weather. In addition to selecting tested materials, ELA only employs professionally trained, qualified personnel for processing. Container welding certification accord-ing to the DNV GL regulations serves as proof of ELA’s capability in special container construction.

SCCELA Container has a management system for safety, health and environ-mental protection certified according to the SCC rules. Safety during installation at the customer site, in particular, is increasingly gaining importance here. That is why all ELA fitters are certified according to the SCC rules and certified as managers. Their qualifications and training are noted in a personal safety logbook (PSL) and their technical equipment meets current safety standards. This makes ELA employees reliable contact persons for the customer on site.

ISO 9001Quality management means meeting the established requirements for products and services through system-atic planning. Here the focus is on customer satisfaction. The way to get there is continuous improvement – which is something all ELA employees work on together. This has been confirmed regularly by an accredited certification body since 1997. It verifies the functionality and effectiveness of quality management at ELA in the course of annual audits.
