Japan tsunami. Claim administrator for Property and Liability claims of Village Green Management Company. Intermediary of

claims handled by Property Owner insurance carrier. Coordinator of litigated claims at Village Green, working with corporate counsel investigating claims, data

collection, trial attendance and resolution. Administer investigation of no-fault, property, equipment and liability claims for Michigan County Road

Commission Self-Insurance Pool. Assisted in Volkswagen of America multi-state fleet vehicle insurance administration.

Financial Management Successfully reduced Visteon's Indiana worker's compensation collateral by $1.5 million over three

years. Primary contact for Surety Bond Program for Workers Compensation and Visteon Customs operations. Reviewed wording in all corporate insurance policies for coverage/endorsement consistency and price in quote,

binder and final policy. Verification of coverage under Self-Insured Retention. Carrier notice at applicable percent of retention limit.

Municipal Risk Increased insurance recovery by $85,000 over two years for the Michigan County Road Commission

Self-Insurance Pool (73 Michigan County Road Commissions). Responsible for annual renewal of Fleet, E&O, General Liability, Boiler & Machinery, Underground Storage Tank

insurance policies for Michigan County Road Commission Self-Insurance Pool.
