Project Objectives
Students are expected to be able to:› Analyze strategic management aspects within a
case study and relate it to the theoretical framework
› Systematically analyze the strategic management aspects which have the possibility to be developed
› Provide recommendation to solve the problem and present it well 2
Strategic Management Project Guidelines• Form a group of 7 or 8 students• Each team must have all business function expertise (Finance,
HRM, Marketing, Operation)• Report• Case abstract• Case issues and subjects• Strategic audit as seen in Appendix 1.A, pp 82-89 (Wheelen &
Hunger, 2012)• Strategic Audit Worksheet as seen in Figure 12-1, pp 422 (Wheelen
& Hunger, 2012)• Financial Analysis – if available• Additional analysis based on the appropriate theory or model• Proposed Solution
• Each team will have 20 minutes for presenting and Q&A
