IELI STUDENT ACTIVITY Fourth of July Picnic Party: On Friday, July 3 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. in SYMR 260, IELI will be celebrating Ame 1776. Come and enjoy cupcakes and a picnic lunch! PRE-REGISTRATION ALL current students (including level 6 students planning to graduate) must complete the online pre-registration for the Fall I term. Students must pre- register online at my.unt.edu during Week 6: Monday, June 29 at 8:00 a.m. - Friday, July 3 at 5:00 p.m. If you need help registering online, there is a PowerPoint presentation on the IELI website. Log in at ieli.unt.edu and look under the “Important Resources” menu on the right side. Click on the “Pre-Registration PowerPoint” link. You can also go to the IELI Lab in SYMR 224 for help. If your plans change after you register, you must go to the IELI main office (SYMR 204) to update your pre-registration form. Level 6 students who fail will automatically be registered for next term. *Fall term dates are Monday, August 24 – Friday, October 16, 2015 CLASS TIME REQUESTS All class time requests for the Fall I term must be submitted between Thursday, July 2 – Friday, July 10. Log on to ieli.unt.edu with your EUID and password. When you complete the form, you must submit documentation, such as an official work schedule, your EIS class schedule, or an official letter from your child’s school or daycare to the IELI main office in SYMR 204. If you have special circumstances, you must submit your request and the appropriate documentation before July 10, 2015. We can make few changes after the Fall I term begins. HOUSING INFORMATION Are you planning to live on campus this fall? Submit your fall 2015 housing application soon! Residence halls fill up quickly, and the application is now open. You must submit a housing application before moving in to a residence hall on campus. Go to housing.unt.edu for fall housing rates and to submit applications. FALL I TUITION Fall tuition payment of $3,250 is due by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 17. NO SMOKING

UNT is a smoke-free campus. Absolutely no one is allowed to smoke on campus. This includes inside buildings, on sidewalks, or in parking lots. This means you cannot smoke outside of SYMR or MARQ between classes.

You are allowed to smoke across the street from UNTs campus or in your closed car on campus.

LAB NEWSThe IELI lab offers materials to assist you with your reading. Six-Way Paragraphs contain readings that have questions afterwards to answer about the reading. This is GREAT practice for comprehension exams!
