Service KitOrdering your Exhibit Booth supplies and materials has never been easier. SEBC Exhibit Service Kits are available online and will
feature early-bird discounts on booth packages, internet, and electrical services. Emails will be sent to all contracted exhibitors no later
than February 1, 2015 with online instructions or it may be downloaded from the SEBC website.
Show Guide ListingSEBC provides an Official Pocket Program Guide to all attendees upon registering. Exhibitors may select up to 3 product/service
categories prior to May 28, 2015 to be listed in the guide. Additional advertising opportunities include half and full page ads in the
Official SEBC Show Guide and the pre-show issue of the Florida HomeBuilder Magazine. Ad rates for the SEBC Show Guide and the
Florida HomeBuilder Magazine are available to exhibitors to review value added opportunities.
Register your StaffSEBC provides four complimentary exhibitor staff registrations/badges per 10’x10’ booth space. The value of each badge is $79 and
allows full access to all educational programs and networking events. Additional exhibitor staff registrations/badges are available for
Expo Show access only at a cost of $15 per registration/badge. Expo Show only registrations include access to the Expo Hall, lunch on

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BY EXHIBITORS
Whether you are a long-standing exhibitor or you are considering exhibiting at the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) for the first time, you may have questions. For your convenience, we have answered our most commonly asked questions below. If we have missed a question, please feel free to contact us. We are here to help make this your number one choice in trade show exhibition.
What is the expected attendance of the 2015 SEBC?
We are expecting 2,500-3,500 decision makers in the home building industry.
How many exhibits are expected at the 2015 SEBC?
We are anticipating over 300 exhibits.
What are the SEBC show dates and times?
The 2015 SEBC is scheduled for July 16-18, 2015 in the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Intensive educational courses begin Wednesday, July 15th. The 2-DayTrade Show (HALL A2-A3) is open Friday, July 17 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, July 18 from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Dedicated show hours are between 8:00 – 9:00 am and 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. on Friday and 12:00 – 3:00 pm on Saturday. (This means that other activities are very limited during these time periods)

What other types of programs are offered during the course of the trade show?
Various educational and professional courses are offered at the SEBC. Presented by a virtual Who’s Who of the nation’s home building industry, the line-up covers all the important topics – quality construction practices, remodeling, design, sales and marketing, customer service, and business management, just to name a few. Classes are divided into intensive, day-long courses and specialized seminars on the industry’s most timely topics.
How can I build traffic at my booth?
Exhibitors are promoted on the SEBC website (www.SEBCSHOW.com), Florida HomeBuilder Magazine, direct mail pieces and all of our social media sites. Getting the attendees to your booth is the number one priority of all exhibitors and the SEBC offers many ways to build your presence.
Get on attendee’s schedule early by utilizing many of the additional pre-show marketing opportunities available. Then, once on-site, let us help you make your booth stand out among the crowd by building brand awareness through one of our many packages that include signage, sponsorships and on-site advertising.
Can I set up my own booth?
Yes, as long as you use full time company employees. If you use a service contractor other than Brede, you must fill out the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor form (EAC) and provide a certificate of insurance naming Brede, the SEBC and the OCCC as additional insurers.
Who is the service contractor?
Brede Exposition Services/Allied Division is the official service contractor for the SEBC and is responsible for labor services, materials, transportation, furnishings, material handling and decorations. For more information about Brede, please contactCustomer Service at 407-851-0261.

Can I hang or attach booth equipment, signs, lighting, etc. from the ceiling?
Exhibitors must contract through the Orange County Convention Center for rigging signs or any other booth equipment, materials and/or lighting. To order online, go to: www.OCCC.net/exhibitor or call 800-345-9898 or 407-685-9824.
When will I get my exhibitor service kit?
The SEBC Exhibitor Service Kit will be available as a download from the SEBC website at www.sebcshow.com by February 1, 2015. Login information will be provided to each contact person upon receipt of booth deposit. For those companies who do not have access to the web, we will issue a hard copy of the exhibitor service kit upon request.
How do I get a booth application?
Booth Applications are available online at www.sebcshow.com or by calling Pati Jackson at (850) 402-1832 or by email at [email protected]. All booth locations are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. Once the booth location is confirmed and a contract is issued, your 50% deposit is required with a copy of the signed contract.

Third Place winners will receive a $500 credit on their 2016 booth and special recognition in the Florida HomeBuilder Magazine.
All winners will receive ribbons to be dis-played in booths for the duration of the show and pictures of their booth will be posted on the SEBC website after the show. All winners will also receive a congratulations gift from the SEBC Committee.
A panel of judges will be selected by the SEBC Committee. Judging will be anony-mous, meaning you could be observed at any moment - so get ready to put your company’s best foot forward!

RULES AND REGULATIONSSETUPWednesday, July 15: Targeted Exhibitors OnlyThursday, July 16: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.All exhibits must be completely set by 8:00 a.m. on Friday, July 17th.
TEARDOWNTeardown may begin when the show ends on Saturday, July 18 at 3:00 p.m. You will have until midnight Saturday to remove material from the exhibit hall. No display may be dismantled before the show closing on Saturday.
It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to arrange for packing and removal of all exhibit material prior to leaving the exhibit hall.
BOOTH SPECIFICATIONSExhibits shall not project beyond booth space allotted. Equipment and displays shall not exceed eight feet in height unless approved by show management. Side walls may not extend more than eight feet up or five feet out from the back wall. (See enclosed diagrams)
An exhibitor planning to exceed eight feet in height must submit to show management, in advance, a drawing and detailed description of the display.
All exposed parts of any display must be finished or covered with drapery at exhibitor’s expense.
End Caps are not to exceed 10’ from the center leaving 5’ on each side open. Violators will be required to reset their booth.
FLOOR COVERINGAll exhibitors are required to have some form of floor covering in their booth whether rented through Brede Allied (SEBC’s Official Exhibitor Service Contractor) or provided by the exhibitor. For more information about Brede, please contact Customer Service at 407-851-0261.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONSElectricity – This service can be ordered through the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). To order online, go to: www.OCCC.net/exhibitor or call 800-345-9898 or 407-685-9824.
Lead Retrieval – It is recommended that all exhibitors rent a card reader to collect and store sales leads which is available from our contracted vendor.
Tables, Chairs & Accessories – Either bring your own or rent through Brede Allied (SEBC’s Official Exhibitor Service Contractor).

SEBC Mgmt. reserves the right to change the floor plan without notice, to provide for a successful trade expo. If none of the above choices are available, SEBC will contact the person listed on this form. Booth rental includes: the space itself, a two-line identification sign, 8 ’ high back wall and 3’ high side drapery, (4’ max except for island booths), janitorial services for aisles, one full Conference registration excluding ticketed events and five (5) personnel badges per 10 x 10 booth.
CANCELLATION POLICYAll cancellation notices must be made in writing and sent to the SEBC office. Cancellations made prior to March 30, 2015 will receive a 50% refund less the 50% required booth deposit. Cancellations made after March 30, 2015 are not eligible for any refund.

Management will not process any SEBC Exhibit Space Contract until the required 50% deposit is received. An Executed Contract will hold your space for a maximum of 15 days from the date of the signed contract.

I have read and agree to abide by the 2015 SEBC Contract Terms, Show Rules & Regulations and Booth Specifications all which are incorporated in this contract and can be viewed at (www.SEBCShow.com. This becomes a binding contract upon acceptance of this signed contract, an initialed copy of Exhibitor Guidelines and Regulations and a completed Exhibitor Classification Form by the SOUTHEAST BUILDING CONFERENCE, issuance of the SEBC confirmation email/letter and invoice. Any litigation arising from this agreement shall be brought in Leon County, Florida.
