Portrait Session Guide

Modern Model $250

Spend 4 hours exploring the special places around town, allowing for multiple

wardrobe changes, and an indulgent experience. Following your purchase meeting,

you will receive an online gallery to share with friends for 30 days. This is perfect

for the High School Senior or an Engaged couple that needs gift portraits to

share with others. This includes a $100 print credit.

Simply Special $150

This session allows up to 1.5 hours of time for an on location shoot, use of my

props, one wardrobe change and can include small group shots, individuals or the

entire family. Included with this session is a $50 print credit to use toward your

purchase. After the purchase meeting, you will receive an online gallery to share

with friends and family for 30 days.

Petite Portrait $85

This session is a quick 20 minutes and can include up to 4 individuals at your choice

of location. This session is ideal for your Christmas card photo or a corporate

headshot. There is a $25 print credit included with this session. You will receive a

30-day online gallery of 10-12 images for purchasing and sharing.

Newborn Baby Bundle $250

These sessions are very extensive and can take up to 4 hours of time. I prefer

to do these in your home where mommy and baby are most comfortable. The

best results are offered between days 3-10 before a baby "unfolds" from their

womb positioning. Please schedule at least 2 months in advance of your due date.

A print credit of $100 is included and discounts on first year sessions are

offered.

• It is understood that Lynn Tucker Creative is the exclusive photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested on this contract. Therefore, no film or cameras, cell phone cameras or recorders may be used during our session.

• Upon signatures and deposit, Lynn Tucker Creative shall reserve the time and date

agreed upon. Unless Lynn Tucker Creative is able to fully replace your cancelled reservation, all session fees are non-refundable if your session is cancelled for any reason other than inclement weather.

• Your session fee covers the time, talent, intellectual properties and any props of the

photography. It secures the current pricing. It does not include products or prints.

• If inclement weather or adverse conditions prevent a portrait session meeting the artistic standards of the photographer, the photographer may elect to use an alternate location or to reschedule the portrait appointment.

• No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until your balance is paid in full.

Session Fee must be paid in full prior to the photographic appointment.

 

• Lynn Tucker Creative reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes, such as but not limited to, electronic media and commercial art at no cost. The client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall waive any and all rights to review or approve any use of images, written copy or finished product. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Lynn Tucker Creative.

• If Lynn Tucker Creative cannot perform this contract due to casualty, strikes, act of

God, emergency, or other causes beyond the control of the parties, the photographer will return any deposit-sitting fee to the Client but shall have no other liability with respect to this contract. The limitation and liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of the Photographer. In the event the photographer fails to perform for any other reason, Lynn Tucker Creative shall not be liable for any amount of excess of all monies paid.

• The charges in this contract are based upon the standard price list of Lynn Tucker

Creative. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed. With this contract, this session will be priced according to the contract date below.

• Notice of Copyright: All photography by Lynn Tucker Creative and/or Lynn Tucker is

protected from copying, scanning, reproduction, enhancement or manipulation by US Federal Copyright Law. It is illegal to reproduce without the written permission of Lynn Tucker Creative. By signing this contract, you are agreeing not to copy, save, or reproduce images in any way. This includes copying and saving images from the website, blog, Facebook, or any other form of advertisement.

• The contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties and is governed by

the laws of Saint Charles, Kane County, Illinois. Any modifications of this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
