From the Manager (Personnel), Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad, Letter No.HRMD (H)503/09.15.01/2014-15, dated 17.07.2014. ****** ORDER:- The following Notification shall be published in the next issue of Andhra Pradesh Extra-Ordinary Gazette: NOTIFICATION Under the Explanation to Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Central Act XXVI of 1881) read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No.20—25/26/Pub.1, dated 08.06.1957, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declare that in addition to Sundays expressly defined as Public Holidays in the said “Explanation” the following days shall be observed as Holidays in the Andhra Pradesh State during the year 2015.     * Eid Miladin Nabi or id-E-Melad (Birth day of Prophat Mohd. Falls twice in the year 2015

    If there is nay change of date in respect of Idul Fitar, Idul Zuha, Muharram and Id-e-Milad as per the moon sight or any other holiday declared now, it shall be announced through electronic/print media. All the Heads of Financial institutions in the State shall take action according to such an announcement and without waiting for formal order about the change of date.
