PRESENTATION OBJECTIVES
To share a model that Aligns Institutional Priorities and Foundation Efforts Provide a step-by-step description of the President’s Task Force model and the tools used that connect foundation efforts to institutional priorities. To describe the role of external and internal stakeholders in creating a well-aligned, five-year funding plan that meets both foundation and institutional priorities and goals.
