Regulations
This event is an of-icial EWUF certi-ied european Traditional wushu Cup. It is conducted according to the IWUF system of participation encouraging a larger participation from countries with no team limitation, as stipulated by the IWUF for the World Traditional Championships.
The EWUF Executive Committee approves the EWUF Technical Committee to supervise the Competition Committee, which is authorized to organize and manage the competition.

2. PARTICIPATION:2.1 Those eligible to participate are national teams from EWUF member countries. Those national teams can only be composed of groups from schools and clubs recognized by respective national federations. The OC reserves the right to verify that the teams are recognized by their national federation. Any team or individual in a team that is not recognized by the national federation will not be allowed to take part. All the team members should be nationals or legal residents of the respective country.
2.2 All applications shall bear the signature of the respective team manager.
2.3 There is no limitation for the number of national teams, However the size of teams is limited as stated in article 7.2.4 According to the IWUF rules, as applied at continental level, the EWUF reserves the right to accept teams from:a. Member federations of the European Wushu Federation (EWUF)b. Those wushu groups and clubs in countries, which have been recognized by the member associations of EWUF.c. Those wushu groups and clubs located in countries where there is no of-icial EWUF recognized federations.2.5 EWUF reserves the right to verify the criteria of selection of teams in member countries to assure it is done in fare and democratic way either by competition results or by drawing the lots.2.6 As the participation is made of national groups (club/school) in this EWUF event, there is no limitation for the number of teams from member countries. The teams, therefore, shall bear the name of country, i.e.: Moldova 1, Moldova 2, Moldova 3, the same format as used during IWUF events.
3. ENTRIES3.1. PRELIMANRY ENTRIESThe Preliminary Entry Forms must state the exact number of competitors taking part in the events and must reach the Organizing Committee of the “THE 1ST EUROPEAN CHOY LEE FUT AND HONG JIA CUP” CHAMPIONSHIPS no later than 24:00 (Warsaw Time GMT +2) on October 31, 2015. 3.2 FINAL ENTRIESThe Final Entry Forms must reach the Organizing Committee of the THE 1ST EUROPEAN CHOY LEE FUT AND HONG JIA CUP' CHAMPIONSHIPS no later than 24:00 (Warsaw Time GMT +2) on November 15, 2015. They can be sent by mail or fax:Address is as follow:

Note:• One copy must be brought with the team as con-irmation during team registration.• Any change or additional entries will be accepted after the time limit with a penalty of 50 EURO per entry.• All entries must be properly typed or printed in English. They are valid only when signed by the President or Secretary General of the respective Federation and bearing the of-icial stamp of the Federation.• The Organizing Committee will verify these teams with the national federation.
3.3. JUDGES Each team should send their own quali3ied judge for TaoluCailifo / Hongjia (if participating).If a team does not send judges, they will have a penalty of 50€ for missing judge per event.
4. REGISTRATIONAll participating teams are required to check-‐in with the Organizing Committee (OC) of the THE 1ST EUROPEAN CHOY LEE FUT AND HONG JIA CUP' CHAMPIONSHIPS no later than 24:00 (Warsaw Time) 9th December 2015 .
When registering, the participants should settle the accommodation fees of the Championships and EWUF membership fee, con-irm the Registration Form, medical forms, waiver of liability, any other documents speci-ied by the OC and bring the necessary competition equipment, otherwise, the participants are not allowed to participate in the competition.
5. ACCOMMODATIONAccommodation shall be based on a “per person per night basis” for two people sharing a twin room.Included in the price shall be: breakfast, lunch and dinner and transfers. Lunch and dinner may be provided in the KOLNA Hotel.
Costs:According to the decision of EWUF management, the prices are kept at the same level for EWUF of-icial events and are all-‐inclusive (food, lodging, transfer):● Double room: 75 euro per person per night sharing twin room● Single room: 90 euro per night (one person only per room).
Only ofbicial hotels will be used. All team members shall be required to use the ofbicial hotels as a condition of participation.Any extra costs associated with participants that are put against their room shall be the responsibility of the individual to pay these costs.Only of(icial hotel will be used. 6. EVENTSShall include Traditional WushuTaolu (routines) – Cai li Fo (Choy Lee Fut) and Hong Jia (Hung Gar). The rules governing the competition shall be as announced and interpreted by the EWUF Technical Committee and are available on the EWUF website.

Full age is determined by the date shown in the passport on THE DAY OF REGISTRATION (which is on 9th December 2015).

Age groups competitions:
-‐ Adults: full age of 18 and above up to 40 years (inclusive) old;-‐ Seniors: full age of 41 to 65 years old;- Juniors: from 12 to 17 years old;-‐ Children: under 12 years old.
7. Team size:The number of athletes for Taolu (routines) is limited (per team) to:
● Adults: 10 male and 10 female;● Juniors: 5 boys and 5 girls in 3 age groups (overall 15 boys and 15 girls).
Each athlete is eligible to take part in no more than 5 events including: 1 quanshutaolu (barehand routines in different groups), 3 weapon routine, 1 duilian routine.

10. Doping control and disciplinary issuesDoping control will be conducted during the THE 1ST EUROPEAN CHOY LEE FUT AND HONG JIA CUP' CHAMPIONSHIPS according to the requirements of the World Anti-‐Doping Code, and will follow the procedure prescribed in the IWUF Anti-‐Doping Rules. The number of tests will be decided by the EWUF. If an athlete is found positive result in doping test,he/she will be dealt with according to the World Anti-‐Doping Code.
All members of the of-icial teams are required to abide by both the IOC's Code of Ethics and the EWUF ethics code. According to the Olympic Charter provisions, the disciplinary measures are applicable to ALL age groups, including those of the junior competitions. (IOC Code of Ethics: "The IOC Code of Ethics and Implementing Provisions apply to the Youth Olympic Games.")
11. Other issues:Teams may wear the national emblem of their national federation on their uniforms together with a small emblem of their club/school. No other forms of advertising, text or pictures are acceptable unless agreed in writing with the EWUF Executive Committee.● The headwear (scarf) is not allowed in taolu competitions ● There shall be no special (halal or kasher food).● Teams are required to bring:● ·Health Certi-icates for all athletes and Life Accidental Injury Insurance Certi-icate● (country or region) ● THE 1ST EUROPEAN CHOY LEE FUT AND HONG JIA CUP' CHAMPIONSHIPS

Facts about KrakowKrakow is one of the oldest and largest cities in Poland. Situated in the southeast region of
the country, on the Wisła (Vistula) River, between the Jura uplands and the Tatra Mountains. Krakow was the capital of Poland for 531 years. It is a city of grand history and magni-icent architecture. Krakow is an important center for trade, services, culture, higher education and science.
How to access Krakow?Krakow is easy to reach by various means of transport. It is a railway hub where numerous regional, national and international lines converge. It offers coach services to Europe’s and Poland’s main cities and has its own international airport: John Paul II International Airport Kraków-‐Balice.
By planeKrakow -‐ Balice Airport is located in the Balice town, 11 km from the city center of Krakow and 5 km from the Sports Center „Kolna” .The „Balice Ekspres” is the fastest link between the center of Krakow and the airport.
The games will take place in a modern sports and recreation centre “KOLNA”, conveniently situated close to the airport and highway. This building had played host to many worldwide sporting events in the past. All the participants stay, train and complete in the same place. Together with the President of Cracow, who are the co-‐organizers of the event, we guarantee that all the participants will spend a nice and interesting time in Cracow. It is also an occasion to promote friendship and unity.We sincerely invite all Wushu athletes, associations and Individuals to join this event.
