FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

APPENDIX F

OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of facilities, equipment, supplies and personnel to be furnished by each Party and a summary of each Party’s obligations for payment.

This checklist is included for convenience only.

In cases of conflict between other Contractor provisions and this checklist, the other contract provisions shall govern.

The Parties indicated shall provide the supplies and installations, perform the supporting activities, and make the payments as indicated below.

The categories indicated in the right-hand column shall have the following meanings:

3. Inspections

# Description Category

3.1 (1) Contractor shall ensure that all drill pipe, other down hole equipment and related surface equipment are inspected by a reputable, Company recognized, inspection facility according to DS-1 Cat. 4 standards prior to start of operation and further agreed frequency during operation

a) All drill pipe, other down hole equipment and related surface equipment shall be inspected more often if frequent failures occur or when requested by Company in writing. Contractor shall furnish all inspection reports and certificates of inspection to Company if requested. (Frequency of inspection has to be agreed by Contractor & Company)

b) Inspection and De-Magnetizing of all DC and HWDP which are magnetic and create magnetic interference to MWD/LWD tools

3.3 All drill pipe not passing Premium Class shall be rejected and replaced, at Contractor's cost, by new or premium drill pipe. Other equipment found defective or nonconform (refer to 3.2 b) shall be repaired or replaced as appropriate.

3.4 Contractor shall visually inspect all equipment and materials furnished by Company before using the equipment and shall notify Company forthwith of any apparent defect in order to permit replacement or repair of the defective item at once

3.5 Contractor shall exercise the correct care, maintenance and repair of Company's equipment on well site. Company may however, provide spare parts and materials required to maintain or repair Company items
