RISTS team to look for the commonality which will help in configuring the workflows. Need separate identity for each lab. Karen is concerned about the accessibility of the protocols to all users. Access level and role based access needs to be configured. Need to identify what kind of data will be sent to “BigData” BigData team needs to be involved in the project. IMT is using flojo for data analysis. Karen will start documenting the basic worklfows and Larry will help her with Visio. Rough draft of the worklows will be ready for review by first week of February. Documenting the workflows should be done by second week of February.
