AIR TRAVEL Participants are responsible to book and manage their own travel to and from Dubai.
TRANSPORT TO THE HOTEL Please note that the Hotel have scheduled Shuttle service only from the Hotel to the Airport. From the Airport we are offering only private pick up services. Taxi’s are available at the airport which is a much cheaper option.

COFFEE/TEA BREAKS Coffee and tea will be served, each morning and afternoon at a central place, and is already prepaid for all participants.
LUNCH Buffet lunch and one soft drink will be served at a central place. Lunch is already prepaid for all participants. Any other dietary requirements must be pre-‐arranged directly with the hotel.
SOCIAL EVENT Networking cocktail will be arranged for the evening of the 2nd of September 2014. Venue will be communicated to you.
EVENING MEALS Participants may have their evening meals at the hotel’s restaurant. There is a wide variety of food for all tastes and budgets. Participants are expected to settle their own bills for their meals and drinks directly with the hotel.
SECURITY Like in any other city in the world, participants are advised to take the necessary security precautions for their personal belongings. You may seek assistance from the hotel regarding items that require safekeeping.
