PRANA ANNOUNCES GLUTEN-FREE CERTIFICATION Prana is proud to announce that they are now certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO). The GF logo will begin to appear on their bags soon. All products are certified under the supervision of the GFCO. These products are certified according to the plant in which they are produced and are certified gluten-free (to 10 ppm gluten or less).

PACIFIC NEW EASY OPEN CAP Pacific Foods listened to their consumers and have made a change to the packaging of the resealable products. Their new packaging has easy open caps that do the job of cutting through the inner seal, eliminating the need for a pull tab and keeping each package completely sealed tight until first opening. When the cap is twisted, it separates from the sealed tamper-evident

ring with a click, similar to when a plastic water bottle is opened. New cap guarantees product safety.

Recipe of the Month: Fool-Proof Freezer Fudge Adapted from www.beyondnourished.com

INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup Maisie Jane’s Cashew Butter 1/3 cup Maison Orphee Virgin Coconut Oil 1/4 cup Maple Syrup 1/3 cup Camino Natural Cocoa Powder Pinch of sea salt 1/2 cup of Camino Coconut Flakes Directions:

1. Melt nut butter and coconut oil in small pot over medium heat, stirring as it melts.

2. Once melted, remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust as desired.

3. Pour mixture into a small dish lined with parchment paper and spread evenly. Alternatively, you can use mini cupcake holders or different shaped moulds.

4. Chill in freezer to set for about 15 minutes, then cut into desired sizes. 5. Store in freezer in sealed container and serve from freezer.
