June 7-8, 2014GENERAL INFORMATION
HOURS: Saturday, 10 a.m.-11 p.m.; and Sunday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. If you wish to leave the grounds and return, please have your hand stamped at the gate.
FIRST AID: First Aid Stations are located on Flagpole Street (see map for location) and inside the Museum on the 1st Floor.
ENTERTAINMENT: The Festival’s 6 stages, located throughout the grounds, feature all types of ethnic and cultural entertainment. Be on the lookout for roving performers on the grounds.
FOOD AND DRINKS: Food and drinks are sold by coupon and Festival coins only. Coupons and coins may be purchased for $1.00 each at booths located throughout the grounds. Purchase of coupons and coins with Visa, MasterCard or Discover is available at all booths. See legend for locations.
AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES: ATMs are available near entry Gates 1 & 3 and inside the museum building.
REFUNDS: The Festival does not provide refunds for unused coupons.
VIA PARK-&-RIDE: From Randolph and Crossroads. Bus stops are located on E. César E. Chávez Blvd. Exit Gates 1 or 3.
SECURITY: Members of the San Antonio Police Department and UTSA Police Department are on the grounds throughout the Festival. Please report immediately any problem or emergency to any officer in your area or at the Security Desk on the 1st floor of the museum building.
LOST CHILDREN: Lost children will be taken to the 1st floor Security Desk. Identification tags for children are available at each of the entry gates.
LOST AND FOUND: Claim or report lost articles at the 1st Security Desk.
RESTROOMS: Portable toilets are located throughout the grounds. Restrooms are located inside the museum on the 1st floor.
PETS: No pets (except for service animals) are allowed on the Festival grounds except for service animals.
