2. Signing of Memorandum of Agreement between the LGU and NNC

3. Provision of funds for logistical requirements, honoraria and transportation expenses of data collectors
4. Discuss EWS results during nutrition committee meetings for decision-making

• Available questionnaire answerable by “Yes” or “No”, presented in a matrix, with provision for remarks and observations
• Monitors six (6) areas of concern: 1. Establishment of Local FNS-EWS2. Conduct of Agreed EWS Activities3. Sustainability4. Sensitivity of Indicators5. Response Mechanisms6. Usefulness/ Benefits of FNS-EWS to LGU
