WHO WE ARE

Cragg&More is a small hamlet of luxury chalets in Chamonix, Mont Blanc; Chalet Cragganmore and Chalet Dalmore.

Privately owned and operated, we provide luxury accommodation for families and friends for up to 22 people in neighbouring chalets. Each chalet can be booked indivdually on a self catered basis during summer with bolt on services such as private chef aand hosting.

We offer a fully dedicated concierge service before your holiday to organise any activities or special requests. On arrival you will receive a warm welcome by our chalet manager who will remain your contact in resort.

Reserve our chef for the week and have more time to relax. With breakfast, afternoon tea and a three course evening meal cooked and all the shopping taken care of, all you need to worry about is enjoying yourself.

CHAMONIX sightseeing

Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc (4808m or 15,770ft), the highest mountain in western Europe. It boasts of having one of the highest cable cars in the world. Take the Aiguille du Midi cable car from the valley floor to the summit at 3842m (12,605ft ) the views from the new skywalk are stunning if you dare!

Take the Montenvers train from the town centre to the impressive Mer de Glace glacier. Or decide for yourself if the best views of the Mont Blanc massif are from the top of the Brevent cable car.

Chamonix Golf Club sits adjacent to the chalets and is a 18 hole, 72 par course. This is a picturesque yet challenging course with tight fairways, a number of well placed bunkers and plenty of water crossings.

Cragg&More really is the perfect location for golfers as you are within an easy reach of some of the top European courses ; Evian and Crans Montana to name but a few or enjoy a spectacular helicopter flight over the Mont Blanc to play the Alps oldest course in neighbouring Courmayeur.

Every year, Chamonix hosts the Chamonix Climbing Festival during which the finest speed and technical climbers descend on the resort for three days of astonishing artificial climbing wall action.

Around 10,000 people watch the final event every year. All the big climbing brands are on hand offering info and advice on all things climbing and mountaineering.
