SYLLABUS AIMS
n Nurture an informed awareness and appreciation of the visual arts
n Enhance ability to identify and solve problems creatively in visual and tactile forms
n Develop competency in the use of art and design principles, materials and processes
n Cultivate an inquiring mind, a spirit of experimentation and a passion for the visual arts.

n GCE O’ Level Counted as one of the subjects for LIR5 or L1R4 (L1R2B2)
n GCE N’ Level Counted as one of the subjects for English+Maths+B3 < 19 points

SUBMISSION STANDARDS

n Weekly submission of sketches Students have 3 hours worth of Curriculum time l ‘N’ Level: 3 sketches per week (1 sketch / hr) l ‘O’ Level: 4 sketches per week (1.3 sketch / hr)
