WELCOME TO THE 2014 FAMILY CIRCLE CUP!The 42nd edition promises to be as exciting as ever with two- time defending Champion and World No.1, Serena Williams, returning to defend her crown. In fact, Serena is undefeated during her last three visits to Daniel Island, located in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. Will she claim her fourth Cup victory, or will a new face on the scene make the Family Circle Cup their break out event? We are as excited as you are to watch all of the drama unfold.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATIONAND REMINDERS

FOOD & BEVERAGESNo food, beverages, coolers or glass containers may be brought onto tournament grounds, with the exception of one bottle of water per person.The Family Circle Cup has a variety of choices for your dining pleasure to satisfy your food and beverage needs.

NO SMOKING POLICY The Family Circle Cup is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the tournament grounds.

MATCH SCHEDULE All start times and match schedules are subject to change. Check FamilyCircleCup.comfor updates.

CAMERAS No flash photography is allowed. Cameras are prohibited for any purpose other than using photographs for personal and private domestic use. Such photographs cannot be exploited or displayed in any manner or in any medium whatsoever without the express written consent of the WTA.

LOST & FOUND Any lost items can be found at the Guest Services Tent located near the main gate.

SECURITYAll bags are subject to search upon entry.

TICKET POLICIES Please be prepared to present your ticket to our usher staff at all times. There will be a checkpoint at the site entrance, stadium court and club court. Patrons wanting to leave and re-enter the tournament grounds will need to obtain a hand stamp upon exiting. You will need both a hand stamp and the ticket stub to re-enter. Keep your tickets! No ticket or credential holder may continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the grounds of the tournament any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose).

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES There are no refunds or exchanges. All salesare final.

UMBRELLAS While umbrellas are allowed on site, please be advised that you may be asked to discontinue use if they obstruct sight lines of those around you. RAIN POLICY If a session of the tournament is postponed due to weather or for other reasons beyond our control, the tournament committee will make every effort to accommodate the ticket holder at a subsequent sessionHowever, there will be NO REFUNDS issued. Please note you must retain your original ticket stub in case of postponement in order to re-enter the postponed rescheduled session Information on scheduling changes can be obtained by calling the tournament hotline at (843) 849-5000 or by visiting FamilyCircleCup.com.

PARKINGParking is available in several locations on Daniel Island, most within walking distance. Free shuttle service to the main stadium entrance will be provided to those parking only in the satellite lots.
