16 Hours of CEUs will be available and based on proof of attendance. Continuing education credit has been applied for in the following states: CA, KY, LA, MD, MO, NY, PA and TX. CCE university sponsored programs are accepted for continuing education in CO, CT, DC, DE, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, MI, MS, MT, ND, NE, NH, OR, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WY, and British Columbia. University of Western States is recognized by the PACE program of the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards. States approved by PACE include: AK, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MD, ME, MN, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, SC, SD, UT, VT, Puerto Rico & Nova Scotia. Check with your state board for more information. ONTARIO Approved—University of Western States offers 16 hours of structure continuing education. CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be in writing and faxed to (541) 482-4203. A $50 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations prior to August 1, 2014. Fifty percent of the registration will be refunded (after the fee is assessed) for cancellations between August 1st & September 1st. No refunds will be given after Sep-tember 1, 2014. Every attempt is made to offer this program as announced. The ACASC reserves the right to adjust program faculty, location, dates, times and/or
