WIND YOUR CLOCKS FORWARD 1 HOUR BEFORE GOING TO BED ON SATURDAY

***We have tried to accommodate all your requests but due to the number of entries

creating a draw that suits everyone is extremely difficult, please be understanding of this.

In order to fit everybody in times are very tight, please report promptly to the judges once

the horse prior to you has finished.***

Scratchings: Please notify Rebecca 0413 315 033 as soon as possible. Vet or Medical certificates must be forwarded to the secretary within 7 days to receive a refund. 50% of entry fees will be retained to cover administration costs.

Secretary Office: Will be located in the Admin Building. Cards do not need to be presented but you must check in prior to riding.

Amateur Owner Rider: If you are eligible please nominate yourself at the office when checking in to be eligible for the prize. Riders nominating after results have been posted will NOT be accepted!

Gear Check: Please report to gear check 20 mins prior to starting time. Gear Check will be on Bruno’s Lawn near Ring 1. There has been recent changes to the rules regarding spurs, please check that your spurs are legal!

Warm Up: Indoor 2, Civenix arena, Ring 5 are available for warming up.

Arena Familiarisation: Will be available around the outside of arenas only on until 8.15am.

Presentations: Will take place outside the admin building. Placegetters unmounted. Champions to lead horse.

***Presentations will not take place & test sheets will not be available until 30 minutes after the final scores are posted. Presentation times will be written on the final score sheet***

Rules of Competition: 1. EA membership and grading cards must be presented to the secretary – no cards no ride.

2. Please provide your own bridle numbers.

3. All classes to be conducted according to current EA rules.

4. The organisers reserve the right to re-time the draw if necessary.

5. Competitors may be requested to ride prior to their advertised starting times should scratchings occur.

6. Approved AS/NZS 3838:1998 helmets must be worn at all times while mounted.

7. If you would like your test sheets to be posted to you, please provide the secretary with a SSAE or $1.
