Meeting opened: 3:50pm

1. Interschool AFL- Liverpool PSSA

Matthew Mack guest speaker, on behalf of AFL NSW • Proposal is to introduce AFL as a sport within the Liverpool PSSA competitions for

• Proposal for a Presentation night to be held at Casula PS thanks Stu! • It will be held on 4th December details will be given in regard to this event • Lion’s Head Nominations, are in to Stu, thank you to those schools that have already

forwarded the information • Thank you to Craig Hughes for his great work on our Website • Parts of the constitution need to be amended, a draft was viewed and a vote will be taken

at the AGM meeting (Copies with Andy if you wish to view this)

• Letter from Nick Ciraldo, thanking Liverpool PSSA for their gift to Julie Finn and feedback that she is doing well

5. Finances:

(Deb Ogilvie) • Money we had received off council has been depleted as it was used on buses for the never

ending Zone Athletics carnival

6. Zone Athletics: (Belinda Partridge & Deb Ogilvie)

• We are in need of the Zone Athletics USB, its missing, if your school has it, can you please return it to us

• Funding support to Kazi (Casula) & Breanna (Dalmeny) who both made it to State, each parent has written a letter requesting some form of funding support from PSSA Liverpool, $200

7. Winter PSSA:

Netball (Deb Partridge) • Winners: Snr A Newbridge HTS

Jnr B Newbridge HTS

Hockey (Deb Ogilvie) • Winners: Holsworthy for both Snr & Jnr games

Rugby League (Andy Mathews)

• Winners: Jnr Dalmeny Snr Sackville St

8. Summer PSSA:

Cricket (Stu) • Waiting on results from some schools so the scoreboard can be updated • All is going well

OzTag (Jackie) • Thanks to everyone • It all appears to be going well

Newcombeball (Linda Smith) • Please ensure students have hats on at all times as it is very hot • Everything is going well

9. Sports Trial Requesta/Area competitions: • Water Polo Gala day went very well, it can’t be used for the Lion’s head nominations

11. General Business:

• Andy & Jackie to take a day off to organise the calendar for next year, once completed it will be emailed out to you all so you can all organise your dates for Carnivals and other events
