Change start up screen to M630

After opening the front cover under the cooling chamber (8 screws) you find the electronic steering unit. Placed on the lower left corner of the pcb (see pos 1) the RS232 interface must be connected with the PC to update the start up screen with the supplied adapter Logilink USB2.0 to Serial Adapter. Make sure that the driver for the adapter is installed on your PC. The installation CD is supplied with the adapter. Switch on the device and the PC and start the software “MediteSignOn.exe” which can be found on the USB stick. Press the “Start” button and the software will automatically change the company´s and the devices name from SLEE medical MEV to Medite M630. Press the “Exit” button, disconnect the cable connection and close the front cover. Restart the M630.
