PAYMENTPayment must be enclosed with your registration or received at least two weeks prior to the workshop start date (make checks payable to FMC Technologies Measurement Solutions). See registration form for methods of payment.
General MeteringFee: $ 1,250.00 per person per course.
Oil/Condensate Metering or Fiscal Gas MeasurementFee: $ 1,750 per person per course.
REGISTRATIONTransportation to and from the workshop’s location, hotel expenses, and meals (other than lunches during training) are the participant’s responsibility.
Reservations are confi rmed on a “fi rst-come fi rst-served” basis. Please note that space is limited and subject to change based on location.
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the scheduled workshop in order to receive a full refund. In the event that a cancellation is made within 30 days of the workshop date, no refund will be given, however, you may transfer your registration to another comparable school of your choice one year from your cancellation date or o� er a substitute attendee. FMC Technologies has the right to cancel a workshop if the attendance does not meet the fi ve person minimum. In this instance, all payments will be fully refunded.

COURSE OBJECTIVESEach training course is designed to provide a full understanding of the basic principles of measurement, industry terminology, introduction to industry standards, and regulations. Emphasis is on practical application, troubleshooting, and the individual components necessary in standard metering applications.
COURSE HOURSTraining sessions are held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day. Check the dates for each course before confi rming your travel schedule.

WHO SHOULD ATTENDPersonnel who are just entering the industry or those responsible for maintenance and operations:

Pre-requisites: Basic math and electrical experience not required but preferred.
Overview: The course combines theory, practical experience, and live demonstrations which will provide an understanding of basic processes within the industry.
Topics covered include: Understanding of the primary measurement principles, industry terminology, and an overview of metering processes and fi scal measurement.
OIL/CONDENSATE METERINGCourse dates and locations:June 17-21 – Houston, TX, USA August 12-16 – Erie, PA, USA November 11-15 – Corpus Christi, TX, USA
Pre-requisites: Basic math, electrical, and basic metering knowledge.
Overview: The course combines theory, practical experience, and live demonstrations which will provide an understanding of processes within the liquid measurement industry.
Topics covered include: Understanding of liquid measurement principles, liquid metering technologies, an introduction to industry regulations and terminology, and an introduction to the operation of fi scal oil/condensate metering systems.
FISCAL GAS METERINGCourse dates and locations:June 24-28 – Houston, TX, USA August 19-23 – Erie, PA, USA November 18-22 – Corpus Christi, TX, USA
Pre-requisites: Basic math, electrical, and basic metering knowledge.
Overview: The course combines theory, practical experience, and live demonstrations which will provide an understanding of basic processes within the gas industry.
Topics covered include: Gas measurement principles, gas metering technologies, an introduction to industry standards and terminology, and an introduction to the operation of fi scal gas metering systems.
