I specialize in candid and environmental portraiture with the goal of capturing the essential personality of your dog. By taking the time to build a rapport with my subjects, I’m able to create images that tell a story about who they are. The resulting photographs are not static snapshots; they’re images filled with life, which will evoke rich memories of your four-legged friend for years to come.

SessionsSessions typically consist of an in-home portion as well as an outdoor portion at a location of your choice and last anywhere from 1-2 hours. Price includes an in-person ordering appointment after the session where you will be able to view the images as well as product samples. Following your ordering appointment, the photos will be posted in an online gallery for one month for you to share with your family and friends. A minimum order of $200 is required with each session.

A LA CARTE PRODUCTS

An extraordinary way to display the images from your session is a personalized photography book with your dog as the subject. I take special care with each book to create a design that is timeless—simple yet sophisticated so as not to distract from the images themselves. They are constructed with a unique “lay-flat” binding method, which allows for a full, two-page photo spread without any interruption to the image. The cover is made of iris-fabric and embossed with your dog’s name. Prices start at 1200 for a twenty-page 10 x 10 book.

PORTFOLIO SHOWCASE

Portfolio Showcases are available as an add-on in the Woof Book Collection. Fifteen of your favorite images are printed as 5 x 7s and mounted on heavy-duty styrene. The prints come in a lovely presentation box that matches your book’s cover. A great accessory to the book, or a gift for your dog’s grandparents,

favorite dog-walker, or one of their other adoring fans!Add’l Showcases can be added to the Woof Book Collection for $100 each.

PERSONALIZED BOOKS

I have more than one dog. Is there a surcharge for additional dogs?

There is no surcharge for additional pets. I’m happy to include all of your furry members of the family!

How long does a session take?

Though thereThough there’s no set time limit, sessions typically take from one to two hours. I limit the number of sessions I do to two per day - one morning session and one afternoon/evening session. This allows for extra time with each subject if need be. Whether it’s a camera-shy dog or just lots of photographic opportunities, I never want my clients to feel rushed!

I’m interested in having a Photography Book made. Do you have a samples?

YYes, and you absolutely have to see them to truly appreciate them! I’m happy to bring a sample to the session, or you can see one at the ordering appointment as well.

My dog isn’t very good at staying still...is that ok?

ItIt’s more than ok! A lot of clients are worried that I won’e be able to take their dog’s photo if they don’t stay still. Quite the contrary! If they are bouncy and energetic, that’s what I want to capture! And you’d be surprised how many “still” moments actually happen. No need to worry at all!

Why are all print sizes 8 x 10 and smaller the same price?

With that in mind, I decided to price my Gift Prints the same way. I want you to purchase the print size that fits your needs (and wants!). I don’t want you to buy a smaller size just because it’s less expensive. I also include a free 4 x 6 and low-res digital copy of that image with every print purchase. .
