Actions TakenParramatta Marist Problem Based Learning 2013

• Upsell, Cross Sell – encourage clients to purchase products with their hair service. Example, after hair has been washed and blow dried or coloured, sales assistants should sell the idea of buying the shampoo and conditioner to maintain their hair. By doing this, sales revenue is increased therefore reducing the break even point

•This is cost effective and will encourage staff to work harder.

•Reduced Fixed Costs- by simply shopping around for a cheaper loan, interest can be saved hence reducing fixed costs. Combine this with increased sales and the break even point can be reached a lot quicker.

•There is no charge for shopping around for a new loan!! – cost effective!
