    Graham Brown is the chie

    executive o icer o RugbyCanada. Hired in July 2002 as

    chie operating ofcer, Graham

    was appointed CEO in 2003 and

    has acted in this capacity since

    Responsible or the day-to-day operations o the union, Graham

    has been instrumental in evolving Rugby Canada into a progressive

    and highly respected national sport organization.

    During his tenure as CEO, Graham has worked with and helped

    lead a dedicated team o sta, provincial union partners and

    board members to ensure the solid oundation on which the union

    operates now. In his role as CEO, Graham is the past co-chair

    o the National Team Sport Coalition and also represents Rugby

    Canada at many Canadian sport afliates, including the Canadian

    Olympic Committee and the Pan American Games.

    2002 as executive director o the Ontario Minor Hockey Association

    legal background. He has worked in

    a senior executive capacity with the

    Canadian Football League since 2006. Copeland has responsibility

    During his tenure, he has managed several key initiatives or the

    CFL, including the establishment o a new salary cap system, the

    completion o a comprehensive new broadcast and digital rights

    Danny Glantz is the global head

    o sponsorship or AIG and is

    responsible or overseeing and

    managing AIGs global sponsorship

    program, including the New

    Zealand Rugby and USA Rugby

    relationships. Danny develops and directs AIG sponsorship

    strategies, while working with all AIG regions to optimize the

    benets o these relationships.

    Prior to his current role, Danny was an assistant general counsel o

    AIGs e-commerce and strategic sourcing group or nearly seven

    years. Dannys practice had ocused on areas such as intellectua

    property, e-commerce, internet law, marketing, and licensing

    Danny also provided general legal support or AIG corporate

    communications and advised AIG and its subsidiaries on all issues

    relating to marketing, social media, and sponsorships.

    Prior to joining AIG in 2006, Danny worked at the National Basketba

    Steve Griiths is currently the

    head o technical services orthe International Rugby Board

    responsible or medical, anti-

    doping, laws o the game and game

    analysis, training and education

    Following a career in industrial relations, HR management and

    consultancy whilst climbing the ranks as a rugby reeree to

    international standard, Steve combined his previous career with

    his sporting background to become the frst national reeree

    development ofcer or the Rugby Football Union in England in 1993.

    1997 saw him move to the International Rugby Board as thefrst reeree development ofcer. He then moved into strategy

    development with a seven-month temporary transer to USA Rugby

    as interim chie executive ocer.

    Christopher Lencheski joined

    Front Row Marketing Services

    and its parent company, Comcast-

    Spectacor, rom Phoenicia Sports

    & Entertainment, a marketing

    company he ounded. Lencheski

    oversees the day-to-day operations o Front Row Marketing Services,

    which generates incremental revenue or public assembly venues,

    sports teams and municipalities through the marketing and sales

    o naming rights, advertising, sponsorships, exclusive product and

    vendor rights agreements, premium seating, hospitality eatures

    and sponsorship evaluation.

    Lencheski is a 20-year veteran o sports and entertainment

    marketing. Prior to starting Phoenicia, he was ounder, CEO and

    president o award-winning sports marketing agency SKI & Company.

    Lencheski brings to Front Row extensive experience with NASCAR,

    the NFL, MLB, the Olympics, Formula One, INDYCAR and the

    American Le Mans Series. He is a graduate o Syracuse University

    and two-term member o the board o advisors to the David B.

    Falk College o Sport and Human Dynamics.

    EVP,USA Sevens

    Dan Lyle serves as executive vice

    president or USA Sevens. Lyle

    joined the company in 2006 and

    served as tournament director o

    our years beore moving to his

    current position in 2010. Overseeing

    both the USA Sevens international rugby tournament in Las Vegas

    and USA Sevens Collegiate Rugby Championship, Lyle draws upon

    both his extensive leadership and athletic backgrounds to lead

    the largest commercial rugby tournaments in the United States.

    Highly regarded as the best player to wear an Eagle jersey, Lyle made

    several All World teams and played or the amed Barbarians on

    several occasions. While playing, Dan served as a club representative

    to the English Proessional Players Association and then served on

    the executive board or fve years helping to negotiate and develop

    the earliest collective bargaining, broadcast share, player welare

    and other player and commercial initiatives.

    Angus is Optas commercial lead

    in rugby and also heads theiwork with sponsors and brands

    across all sports. He works with

    media clients in print, digital and

    broadcast as well as governing

    bodies, agencies and brands. Angus has worked on sponsorship

    activation propositions or a number o Optas clients including

    AIG, Adidas, Investec, IBM, Gatorade and Amlin. He also supports

    a number o broadcasters in their use o perormance data in their

    programming including the BBC, Sky Sports, ESPN and the new

    BT Sport channel in the United Kingdom.

    Optas work in the proessional sports space is highly impressive

    and they can count New Zealand, England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland

    France, and all proessional clubs in the Aviva Premiership Rugby

    and RaboDirect Pro12 leagues as clients. Angus was capped by

    Scottish universities in rugby league and rugby union and was

    also assistant coach with the Scotland Rugby Football League

    rom 2007 to 2011, coaching at the 2008 Rugby League World

    Cup in Australia.

    Head Coach, Mens Sevens

    USA Rugby

    Alex Magleby was tapped as head

    coach o USA Rugbys nationalMens Eagles Sevens team in 2012.

    Magleby has also been the head

    coach o Dartmouth Rugby since

    2001, winning eight Ivy League

    championships in 11 years and the national Collegiate Rugby

    Championship in 2011 and 2012. Magleby has also served as head

    coach o the USA Rugby Mens Collegiate All-Americans and the

    USA Rugby Mens Collegiate All-Americans Sevens. His playing

    resume includes starting or the USA Eagles Sevens team in every

    tournament on the IRB World Sevens Series rom 2000 until 2005,

    and captaining the team to the 2005 Rugby World Cup Sevens.

    He also represented the USA Eagles team on eight occasions,

    garnering our test match caps.

    Magleby graduated rom Dartmouth College with a Bachelor o

    Arts in Engineering Sciences, and has since co-ounded Sylvan

    Advantage, mashing his systems engineering background with

    sport, perormance, coaching and technology to create the largest

    distributor o SportsCode perormance analysis tools in North America.

    CEO,USA Rugby

    Nigel Melville was appointed USA

    Rugby CEO and president o rugby

    operations in January 2007. Nigel

    is a ormer England national rugby

    union team scrum hal and captain.

    He became the youngest player to

    captain England on his debut when he led them against Australia

    in 1984. He went onto make another 12 appearances over the

    next our years. He played club rugby or Otley RUFC, Wakeeld

    RFC and Wasps FC.

    On retirement, he entered coaching and as director o rugby at

    Wasps RFC, Melville coached the team to their frst proessional

    English Premiership title in 1996, ollowed by three Anglo-Welsh Cup

    fnal appearances, winning two. In 2002, he moved to Gloucester

    Rugby, winning the English Premiership (topping the table by a

    record 15 clear points) and Anglo-Welsh Cup. He let in 2005.

    During his playing career, Melville was the head o UK promotions

    or Nike working alongside elite athletes rom a wide range o sports.

    President, Programming,NBC Sports Group

    Jon Miller is the president o

    programming at NBC Sports and

    NBC Sports Network where he

    oversees programming and is

    prominently involved in sales o

    both networks. Previously, Mille

    had served as executive vice president o NBC Sports since

    November 2006. He reports to Mark Lazarus, chairman o NBC

    Sports Group. Miller has been with NBC or more than three decades

    Miller, who is credited or co-creating the NHL Winter Classic

    oversees nearly 9,000 hours o annual programming including the

    Triple Crown and its surrounding horse racing coverage, the NHL

    French Open, Notre Dame ootball, MLS, Tour de France, INDYCAR

    and NBCs gol properties, which include the PGA TOURs Players

    Championship and Presidents Cup, the PGA o Americas Ryde

    Cup and the USGA championships including the US Open. Most

    recently, Miller has been instrumental in the acquisition o some

    Allan Robson joined Northampton

    Saints as commercial director in

    2000 and was appointed chie

    executive ofcer in 2006. Since

    then, the Saints have won the

    European Challenge Cup and

    the Anglo-Welsh Cup, and have been cup fnalists on fve other

    occasions including the Heineken Cup in 2011. The Saints are

    competing in the Aviva Premiership fnal this week, the result o

    which was unknown at the time o writing.

    The club is unique in the United Kingdom as it is the only club to

    regularly return a fnancial proft, which it has done or 13 consecutive

    years. Allan has been a director o the English clubs representative

    organization, Premiership Rugby, or six years and is a board

    member on the clubs salary cap committee.

    Prior to joining Northampton Saints, Allan enjoyed 13 years o

    success in sports marketing and management as commercial

    director at three proessional soccer clubs. By proession, he is a

    chartered secretary who had a previously successul business lie

    in London, United Kingdom.

    Sakiewicz is the CEO and operating

    partner o Keystone Sports and

    Entertainment, the parent company

    o the Philadelphia Union. His

    dedication and expertise led to the ounding o the Union and

    construction o PPL Park. He has also helped the Union develop, in

    collaboration with YSC Sports, a world-class, innovative academy program

    Prior to helping create Keystone, Sakiewicz was the president oAEGs New York division. From 2000 to 2005, he was president and

    general manager o the MetroStars. A two-time MLS Executive o

    the Year, Sakiewicz garnered his rst award in 1999 as president

    and general manager o the Tampa Bay Mutiny.

    As a collegiate goalkeeper at the University o New Haven, Sakiewicz

    earned NCAA All-American honors in 1981 and All-New England

    honors each season rom 1980-83. He went on to play proessionally

    with FC Nantes (French frst division), the New York Arrows (Majo

    Indoor Soccer League), CF Os Belenenses (Portuguese frst division

    and the Tampa Bay Rowdies (American Proessional Soccer League)

    20 years. Walker joined Universal

    Sports in 2006 as coordinating

    producer. In 2010, he was assigned

    to oversee all rugby production or the network. Walker produced

    the 2011 Rugby World Cup or both Universal Sports and NBC.

    He was recently promoted to senior vice president o production

    or Universal Sports.

    Ross spent 15 years with the

    Metropolitan Police in London and

    played representative rugby in the

    top tier o the English leagues o

    them beore moving into coaching

    and management. Ross let the

    police to join Harlequin FC and rose to general manager beore

    joining the International Rugby Board as operations manager

    Following the 2003 Rugby World Cup in Australia, Ross was

    appointed general manager o the Rugby World Cup and moved

    to Paris or the 2007 Rugby World Cup. He held the same role or

    the 2011 Rugby World Cup and spent our years in Wellington

    New Zealand assisting the local organizers and the rest o the

    International Rugby Board team.

    He took up the role o chie operating ofcer or England Rugby

    2015 in January 2012 and spent the last year putting all the key

    building blocks in place. Ross then made the move away rom the

    Rugby World Cup in March o this year and is currently consulting

    on various sporting projects including, o course, rugby ones.
