The month of February was a very moving and special time in which God has shown me His faithfulness and His love has been poured out on me abundantly. It was also a month full of challenges not only to grow in my relationship with God, but with people too. Our first outreach and my baptism were the most significant events in this monh. FEBRUARY NEWSLETTER This week, we had the opportunity to learn about: * Missions * The Holy Spirit * Teamwork, Relationships * How Pornography destroys us. God has blessed us with the privilege of learning from speakers from various countries such as USA, South Africa, Singapore and Switzerland. Each subject was challenging for our personal and spiritual growth. WE KEEP ON LEARNING! Once or twice a month we organize bonfires, bring marshmallows and share a group time. Also, often with my roommates, we spent whole nights sharing our hearts, fears, weaknesses, we pray and strengthen one another. YWAM has two important values: 1) to be relationship-oriented, 2) and value each individual. By living together in community, I am learning a lot to appreciate these values. It also helps me to understand that God not only expects us to love Him, but also our neighbors. COMMUNION AMOUNG EACH OTHER This month we had our first outreach among children from the Sh_n(*) group of people. It was a full week from 6-8 pm Monday through Friday, using evangelistic resources produced by our team. We also reinforced the gospel with skits, Bible studies, songs, crafts, games, sharing the love of Christ to these precious children and by praying for them. I helped a two-year-old little boy to color his colouring book sitting him on my lap, and was surprised the next day when he came and automatically sat on my lap again telling me to colour it with him. WE KEEP ON LEARNING!

Once or twice a month we organize bonfires, bring marshmallows and share a group time. Also, often with my roommates, we spent whole nights sharing our hearts, fears, weaknesses, we pray and strengthen one another. OUR FIRST OUTREACH!

    MeetThailand...

Just in Chiang Mai, the largest and most culturally significant city in northern Thailand, there are over 200 buddhist temples. Almost all of the buddhist believers live with constant fear because of karma. Karma, is the integrated collection of good and evil that a person accumulates during their present and former lives. • I always wanted to be baptized, but in my Presbyterian church, if your parents have baptized you when you were little, all you do in your teenage is to take a test about the Bible and if you pass, you confess and confirm before the whole church that you decide to follow Christ by your own decision. Therefore, in when I was a teenager I confessed before the church and confirmed

my decision to love and follow Christ, my Lord and Savior. Still, deep down in my heart, I wished someday to get baptized like Jesus did. In Paraguay I never had the opportunity to do it and eventually, I forgot about this desire. In the 2nd. week of my DTS, on the week of "Listening to the Voice of God" lecture, our leader taught us how to hear the voice of God through His Word. That day, through His Word, God reminded me of my desire to be baptized. And I wondered, why did God reminded me of that. One day before

the 7th. week of class, in my quiet time, God spoke to me again about baptism through the story of Nicodemus. I felt that God had something prepared for me, but did not know what. The 7th. week began, and the topic was "The Holy Spirit". To my surprise, almost at the end of the week, the speaker named Estefaan Hugo, made an invitation for those who wanted to be baptized and that's when I felt God told me: "I have not forgotten about your desire. I will keep my promise". In that week I was baptized and for me it was like a wedding day. God even provided the ring! I cried of love that day and I was more than happy! God is faithful, always!

-------- Happily Married with Christ : Testimony --------

I will betroth you to Me forever; Yes, I will betroth you to Me in righteousness and justice, in lovingkindness and mercy; I will betroth you to Me

in faithfulness, and you shall know the Lord." (Hosea 2:19-20)

Praise and Gratitude to God:* For God has not forgotten my desire to be baptized and have been faithful in keeping His promise in His time.

    * For shaping and molding me and in every aspect of my life through the lectures we have each week. And for the growth and maturity in my spiritual life and interpersonal relationship among my roommates.

    * For God's grace for our team while our first outreach among tge Sh_n people group and for allowing us to plant seeds in the hearts of children.

    * His daily renewed grace, which helps me not to give up, but to move forward each day towards the purpose for which God has called me.

    * For my health: I always had allergies causing runny nose, breathing problems while I sleep. But, about a month ago, the allergy was completely gone!

Prayer Requests:* For provision for our next outreaches. Many of my friends are struggling with the necessary outreach fees and expenses.

    * For the filling and an increasingly intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit, being sensitive to His direction and voice.

    * Forthe children with whom we shared on outreach, that God may give the growth of the seeds we planted and that they may be strengthened in His Word.

    * For my physical and spiritual protection during my stay here in Thailand. Every day I need His coverage.

    * For protection and for the health of my family and especially my grandfather, who is still in bed. For God's peace and His presence among them.

"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you;and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and it all Judea and Samaria,

and to the ends of the earth"(Acts 1:8)
