2013-2014 Annual Action Plan

The City expects to receive approximately $2.5 million in entitlement funds in Fiscal Year 2013-2014
•Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) - $1.7 mil•Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) – $187,000•HOME Investment Partnership Grant (HOME) - $600,000
Plan Requirements
To receive entitlement funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Modesto is required to develop a plan that describes activities for these funds in the upcoming fiscal year.
Activities must be:• consistent with HUD guidelines, and• developed in consultation with the community
• Public meetings are being held in April 2013
